Berger Allied Moving & Storage

OVERVIEW - we contracted with Berger Allied for the move, including warehouse storage, of our household possessions from Texas to Florida (incl. some crating) and an auto transport, the latter being done by Montway Auto Transport. For Berger Allied, Olech Guier was the sales person, surveyor (did detailed house visit and move estimate) and troubleshooter for this job. If there were job coordination or scope issues, Olech was the person I called. He was always very patient, reasonable, professional, client centric, responsive and results oriented. Noemi Lozano and Sabrina Hicks were the two coordinators that worked this job/move with Olech; they managed the day-to-day details and move execution including pack/load, auto transport and warehousing; the cross-country trucking and offload is pending. They too were very patient, professional, client oriented and problem solvers. Well done to Olech, Noemi and Sabrina. This move’s success to date is the result of their collective efforts. DETAILS - We moved from Texas to Florida. During the week of 15 June 2026, the Berger Allied team packed, loaded and then transported our household possessions to their warehouse in Houston. During that week, they packed for 2 1/2 days, had a rain day, and then loaded the truck the afternoon of one day, finishing the morning of the final day. Their team consisted of Hector (lead), Julio, Edwin, Junior, Sophia and Walter. That team had a lot of experience working together on prior jobs/years and it showed. At the start, they offloaded and staged all their supplies both upstairs and downstairs – packing paper, tape, different sizes and types of boxes, quilted pads, and plastic wrap. Before they started packing, they spread plastic wrap over all of the carpet upstairs, downstairs and on the stairs between the floors. Additionally, they took their shoes off at the doors to the house so as to minimize any marks on the carpet. We really appreciated their care and consideration on these issues. They worked as a well oiled machine with Hector providing oversight and working at the same time. Every person had their assignments and they knew what to do. As needed, they would help each other out with scarcely a word needing to be said. Each member of the team was very client focused, professional, personable, patient and excellent communicators. When they had packing related questions, they ask us, get clarifications as needed, and then go back to work. To Hector‘s credit, and under his tutelage, his team had both developed and demonstrated great esprit de corps and team cohesiveness. My wife and I have moved well over 10 times during the years. This was by far the best packing and loading job we have observed and experienced to date. Well done to the entire Allied Berger move team. They have our highest recommendation.

Gentlemen were very respectful in all aspects. They understood where items should be placed and carefully unboxed the items and moved them into place. They were gloves to keep furniture clean and removed their shoes every time they entered the home.

Absolutely professional and a great company to work with. Osman and crew were real attentive to my belongings and even fixed some things for me that he didn’t have to just to help me out.

The delivery went extremely well! The crew of three went above and beyond our expectations when they helped us to arrange the new furniture and add pads to protect our wood floor. Each were kind and professional. We also liked we were able to schedule the delivery at a time convenient for us. All communication was clear and timely!

Great delivery service. Excellent communication and the team was very friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious about assembly of our furniture. They also took great care while in our home to be careful of our floors and walls. Even took their shoes off. Highly recommend. They were running early and called me to make sure early arrival would be OK.

The delivery was exceptional. They set it up on my time frame. When I requested. The delivery team was great. They put their little booties on, they lined everything up where I wanted it.

They arrived on time, were exceptionally clean, and were incredibly courteous. They were particularly meticulous with our new furniture, especially while assembling it and brought it in to our home.
