I haven't been on a motorcycle since my work accident in 2017. I called ahead and asked all the AuDHD questions. Ms. Debbie was calm, informative and funny... and she was exactly the same in class. Debbie & Tan are the perfect team.. wether they were yelling at us to get it together or yelling at us good job.. the yelling was exactly what we needed. Stay drinking your water the day before.. print out your class certificate(you can even do it at Walgreens).. bring your gear and the readiness to finish. YOU WILL GET THROUGH... even if it's -5 points🤦🏾♀️ 10/10 I'd recommend!

Visitor notes
Got talked into taking the basic riders course and overall I’m pretty glad I attended. The two instructors, Debbie and Tan (the gentleman in the middle of the group photo), were knowledgeable, professional, and receptive to questions and feedback. There are a variety of motorcycle options that are available to use for the course but you will have to bring your own gloves, over the ankle boots, long sleeve pants and shirt, and eye protection. You can also bring your own helmet or one may be provided for the course. Thank you Awesome Cycles and staff for providing an exceptional course!
Awni and Sam were so patient and great with the beginners. They made the class fun and made sure to all questions were clarified before moving to the next skill. They made me feel comfortable with asking questions and didn’t belittle me due to my lack of knowledge. I learned so much and I feel comfortable enough to go practice more on my own on my Street Glide. I will definitely return after getting more familiar with my bike to get more skills
Took the Thu-Fri 8AM class and had the pleasure of learning from Chris and Tan. Both instructors did an awesome job making the class feel confident, fun, and safe to learn/make mistakes. On top of the humor and wisdom they are very sharp with what you can do to improve your technique for safer riding. I couldn't have asked for a better duo of instructors on my first time riding a sport bike. Thank you guys! see y'all on the road.
This place is incredible, the instructors Tan and Kim are full of knowledge and really helpful skills that will improve oneself. I recommend signing up and giving this place and shot and you will not be disappointed. Very easy and very informative!
Even though I rode motorcycles for over a decade before moving to the US, I needed to take the EP1 course to get my endorsement squared away. I had an absolute blast at Awesome Cycles. The instructors, Chris and Travis, were fantastic. They were incredibly professional, patient, and offered sharp, practical insights that helped me seamlessly adapt to riding over here. Thanks to their excellent coaching and great tips on the range, I was able to breeze through the final evaluation with a perfect score. Whether you are brand new to two wheels or an experienced rider looking to get legal in Texas, I highly recommend Awesome Cycles. Chris and Travis are top-tier instructors!
I took my basic riders course back in 2019 and it was the single best step I took towards my dream of riding. Ever since I was a kid I wanted a motorcycle, never had a chance to hop on anything besides a bicycle 🤣🤣 until I took this course. 7 years later and this was the best thing I ever did to be able to hop on a bike. I recommend ever one take a basic riders course. I was looking at this place again for more of an advance riders course but honestly we could all use a refresher on the basics from time to time. I should hit the parking lot somewhere and work on my right turns again 🤣🤣 Ride safe and have fun! You are in good hands at this school, pay attention and the lessons will serve you well!!
Wonderful course with attentive coaches who spend a lot of one-on-one time with each person. Tan and Kim are a great team - Tan gives very clear explanations and Kim gives perfect demonstrations. Both are very patient educators but also have a great sense of humor. I highly recommend Awesome Cycles!
