I had two old HVAC systems replaced by AirTeam, Ltd., and they did an awesome job. Their technical sales rep Cody was professional and knowledgeable about Trane's equipment. The qoute was very detailed and lower than a second bid that I received. Cody coordinated the heat load calculations, the city permits and scheduling their crew. About seven guys showed up and completed the job in one day. They were led by Giovanni and were well trained, efficient and professional. They put down rugs to protect the floors, hauled the old equipment away and ended the job with their QA/QC audit inspection (Adan) ensuring that all equipment was operating within specs. Houston's city inspector commented that it was one of the cleanest installations that he had ever seen. I have to agree (see photos). It was a huge improvement over my prior system.

AirTeam came highly recommended by several neighbors, and it’s easy to see why. Scheduling was simple, and they were able to accommodate a time that fit my schedule. Johnny Nguyen was my technician, and he provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough in explaining everything throughout the visit. He clearly reviewed the available service options and pricing, which made the entire experience smooth and transparent. Johnny did an excellent job representing the level of service and professionalism this company provides.

I would like to recognize Daniel Lopez for the exceptional service he provided to my mother and me during our recent A/C and plumbing visit. He was incredibly professional, respectful, and patient throughout the entire process. Daniel took the time to walk with me into the attic and explain what I was seeing, including what was normal and what could indicate a problem. His explanation of the water buildup in the pipe, what it meant, and the potential damage it could cause if not addressed, was clear, thorough, and easy to understand. He also made a point to revisit the issues we faced during our previous service, and he carefully inspected every unit and pipe to ensure he identified the true source of our concerns. I genuinely appreciated how he explained everything without ever making me feel dismissed or talked down to. Because of his professionalism and the trust he has built with us, we have already decided that we will be requesting Daniel for all of our future Summer and Winter checkups. He understands our home, our concerns, and he treats us with the respect every customer deserves. Thank you, Daniel, for your outstanding work. Very fast service! They were able to squeeze us in to check out what was wrong with our system. Johnny N. was our tech and he was very kind, polite, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix our system very fast (under an hour). Gave his professional recommendation and wasn’t pushy about us getting it. I could feel our house was cooling before I even paid. The maintenance service was truly exceptional from start to finish. The technician, Ricardo Saldana, called ahead about 30 minutes before arriving and showed up right on time, which I really appreciated. Ricardo was very knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of my questions, and offered helpful advice on how to properly maintain our AC unit. He went above and beyond by replacing our filter, cleaning the outside unit, and servicing the fresh air filter as well. It’s clear they take pride in their work and customer service. I highly recommend Airteam and especially Ricardo for anyone needing reliable and professional HVAC service!
