Is a 0 star!!!! Adam texted, stating he would be 20-25 min late. Ok, fine. We'll, 1hr and 10 min later is when he messaged for the virtual visit. We postponed dinner, we were going to go out to eat, but now that changed, so we ended up with frozen pizza. Thanks alot Adam. I expressed my annoyance, and he did apologize.
The appt went smoothly as my husband was able to show him exactly what was wrong. Adam explained the next stept and the virtual appt was concluded in less than 10 min.
I'm still annoyed with your company!!
Addendum: Adam was kind enough to call after seeing the review, and again apologized and said he is seriously trying to do good for us. I appreciate his follow up and hope the company is as sincere.
Huge issue with scheduling. This is the ONLY repair service that for some reason cannot accommodate a request for afternoon appointments. I have two disabled persons in my home and time and again requested late morning or afternoon service. I got told this can be requested but not guaranteed. Received the text the night before only to find out my window was 8:30 am to 11:30 am. Then at 9:30 am, I received a text from the technician that my appointment was going to have to be rescheduled with no reason. And the next available appointment would be another week out. He said someone would be reaching out. I reached out only to find that the next available appointment was 3 weeks out. Mind you, I had to wake up a disabled individual to be sure that someone was available to answer the door between 8:30 am and 11:30 am. I would like to mention that I have had service in the past from this company. The technicians are all very kind and do good work. Just wish that I could get someone to understand the scheduling inconvenience.
A technician was scheduled to come to my home on 06/26/2026 between 2-5pm but it was a no-call, no-show. I contacted customer service, and the representative told me she would reach out to the technician and call me back with an update. Unfortunately, I never received a callback. This experience was extremely disappointing since I took off from work. It also reflects poor customer service. I expected better communication and follow-through regarding my appointment.
Eric was our technician. He did an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable, punctual and courteous. Ahm, you are very lucky to have a technician like him working for your company. He represented you all to the fullest. He rectified our sofa recliner problem with no hesitation at all. Thanks again Eric was awesome.
I think that Casandra was probably the nicest person we've ever dealt with . She was very polite and helpful in getting our claim taken care of, I can't say enough good tings about her. Truely a breath of fresh air dealing with her. Sorry for taking so long to post this
I had a very pleasant experience with Curtis Raymond. He was very professional and helped us walk through the whole procedure without a glitch. His instructions were very detailed and precise. He calmly went through each steps with us.
