My husband and I came here and got the lovers package. It was such a wonderful experience. The staff were so friendly and overly accommodating. I noticed at the end I lost my belly ring and they searched for it. They called later that day to tell me they found part of it and then called again a few days later saying they found the rest. They really went above and beyond for us! We had a private bath with the foot and full body massage, hot towel wrap, and aromatherapy. Every step of the experience was amazing.

Visitor notes
My experience at Quapaw Baths & Spa was honestly excellent. The vibes are just right—relaxing, welcoming, and easy to settle into from the moment you step in. The thermal pools are beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere created by both the space and the people makes it even better. We spent about two hours there, and it felt perfect. You could probably do less, but it was so enjoyable that staying longer didn’t feel like too much at all. It’s definitely worth the visit if you’re in the area. I’m not entirely sure about the policy regarding kids, so that’s something to check ahead of time. But overall, the experience, the pools, and the energy of the place make it a spot I would absolutely recommend.
We came on Sunday morning and there was a line already before they opened. Staff is very welcoming. Bring your own swimsuit and rubber flip flops. Towels are provided for free, don't forget to grab one from a shelf before entering the changing rooms. Also check the health condition requirements before visiting. They provide drinking water in the public pool area which is great. 4 pools with different temperatures.
Husband and I came here this week and had the absolute best time! One day we had a couples spa session, which included- a private aromatherapy bath, massage, foot scrub, and facial. The check in was easy and straightforward. The experience itself was so great and lovely! All of the staff is helpful and kind and that contributes to the relaxing and calming atmosphere. A day later we returned to take in the pools. Again, such a fantastic experience! Everything was very clean and calming. The pools were amazing! I really appreciated how the staff was constantly working on cleaning and keeping things moving well. They did a good job of making sure loungers were not being saved by others and even walking around and refilling cups. There was one gentleman in particular working on Saturday, March 7th in the afternoon, and he was constantly hustling, cleaning, making sure people were safe with footwear, checking on guests, picking up cups, refilling cups etc. He should get a raise! Overall just a wonderful experience and we can't wait to visit again! Highly recommend!
I had such a special experience at Quapaw Baths & Spa. Everything felt relaxing and peaceful. The thermal water pool and baths were absolutely amazing warm, soothing. The atmosphere is beautiful and calming, making it the perfect place to disconnect and just enjoy the moment. They also have a small café were u can get drinks or hot tea. This place truly felt special to me, and I loved every minute of the baths. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hot Springs 🤍
Christmas week is very packed. Be there early to line up, I was in line 5 min before they open and ended up the last person they accept in that morning. Everyone else behind me go on the waiting list. I believe they will be able to get in maybe two hours later after some people inside get out. If you have time to spare, and your schedule is flexible I think you can make it in the same day if you come in before 1pm. For reference, I came the day before, 3-4pm and they still have 50 people on the wait list so I wasn't able to get in that day. The pool area are not that big, the water is different temperature in each pool, not pure hot spring water as I can smell just a little chlorine. But it's clean overall, there's 5 pool, it's not expensive, it's got towel, locker, shower and the people are nice. Worth a visit if you are in the area, dip in the hot water !
Great experience! Rachel, the massage therapist was very knowledgeable and provided great treatment. The public bath set up is awesome! Very clean, helpful staff, and rules in place to keep things running smoothly. Men and women's locker rooms available for public pools. 4 different temperature pools for public use. Showers with privacy in locker rooms for before and after using baths. Dryers available for use. Café on site along with a spa. Beautiful spot on the downtown main street. Huge Magnolias.
One of a kind experience!! We did the mudslide couples package, and everything about our time here was sensational. From the private NATURAL mineral bath to the full body mud mask, luxurious facial and Swedish massage, we were in heaven. The bath itself was the perfect temperature and it was easily the best bath experience ever. The massage itself was fully tailored to our individual needs which made it extremely worthwhile. Julia and Kim worked with us the entire time with extra cold towels during the mask portion and moving at a pace we were comfortable with. Our time wasn’t rushed at all- it was absolutely perfect! I couldn’t recommend this place and our lovely masseuses more!! Scheduling was difficult so I recommend doing that at least a month out from your visit!
