Galaxy Skateway Davie

Galaxy Skateway serves as not only a place of fun and vibes, but as an escape from the outside world. It allows me to express myself on rollerskates as I tend to get better almost every time I start skating. Galaxy Skateway is also a chill place with alot of new people to meet that skate aswell. I have made alot of peers/friends at Galaxy and have discovered alot of new skating styles. I personally recommend Galaxy Skateway as it is a place to chill and have fun, especially during the weekends.

5 star rating cause I've been going to the skating recycle, sometimes with friends, sometimes. By myself, and I always have fun. And so does my dad as well? Listening to the music is an absolute banger. And the DJ is amazing. The arcade games are It's mostly easy to win and I always have a great time

Pros: the place is clean and the cost of entry and rentals is very reasonable. Was even more excited that it was local and had family night as well as theme nights. But after just an hour there my family VERY likely wont be going back. Went for what was supposed to be family night. My skates had a wheel fall off while skating so that was fun. Next hour was nothing but r b music that our upstairs neighbor used to play when he was in bed with a lady. Kiddo kept asking when they were going to play fun music bc it was supposed to be family night. Then when I went to go get in line to spend $50+ dollars for food (prices are worse than movie theater pricing) I got nothing but dirty looks from the customers who couldnt read the 2+ foot sign stating that they were entering through the exit and kept piling in. I didnt order anything after my 4th dirty look even despite me waiting for my turn and even pointing to the entrance sign that i was standing under. The college kids working either didnt care or were to overwhelmed to direct anyone and ignored those of us standing and waiting at the actual entrance (i wasnt the only one waiting there confused). I didnt ask for any compensation but def told management to get an adult over there to help direct things then left. Try it once but dont expect alot unless you and your kids like that genere. I will be looking for another skate place even if I have to drive a bit further bc this was a really poor first experience with the place.

Overall, not that bad! The outside was a little sketchy, and had flies, which I did not like… But Glad I could bring in my own roller-skates! Pretty big and my kids had a fun time. They had a snack bar which I enjoyed, prices were a bit expensive but the food was good! Lots of rules and regulations. Also no refunds. Arcade games were fun and enjoyable.

$72 for 1 adult a 6 year old and a 10 year old children are charged the same as adults $5 to rent a plastic stroller $4×3$12 for skates i also noticed every single person that worked there had no compassion nor any excitement for any of the customers all the employees were on there phone it must be the easiest job on the planet for these people.the place is like a fortress 1 way in q way out when you walk in your immediately shown papers to sign so you cannot sue them for anything and then and only when your done signing your life away there's another person there that shows 0 concern about your children's 1st time skating he looked like we were bothering him it was a 100% downgrade to the galaxy skatepark I went to when I was a boy in west Virginia davie what happened to you davie use to be a great place to go 20 years ago my god how doomed society is the kids of this generation dont even know how awsome humans use to be.

I’ve been skating at Galaxy since a little after COVID, and ever since then I’ve been going almost every week. I really enjoy the music and the environment it’s always peaceful and a great place to relax while skating. They also have a skate shop where you can purchase skates, whether you’re a beginner or someone looking to improve your skating journey like I did. The staff and atmosphere make it easy to feel comfortable while learning and getting better. They also have a snack bar with a variety of food options, snacks, and drinks. Overall, it’s a great place to have parties or bring family and friends to enjoy a fun time together. Definitely one of my favorite places to skate.

No photos? I cant take pictures of my kids? I don't like that. Divets and uneven hardwood make it hard for inexperienced skaters to skate safely. The price was fair and they let us request clean kid friendly songs. Pros and cons. We may or may not go back.

Great place to skate! The pro shop has a good selection of skates, bearings, parts etc.....The staff was friendly and helpful. They installed the new bearings I purchased - Its worth the drive from West Palm to Davie to skate. They also have "walkers" to help beginners learning to skate.
