I love living here, feels like home. Managements and Maintenance teams are excellent, Dania is a pleasure to talk to, she is always professional and kind. The groundskeepers have a tough job with all the residents that don't pick up after their pets but even so they work hard to make sure all areas are clean and presentable! Maritza the lady that cleans the gym is always courteous and keeps the gym and its bathrooms sparkling clean. Also the new Maintenance Supervisor Yandy and his assistant Keila are always courteous and willing to help! Lastly I want to thank the Landscaping crew for doing an outstanding job all around the community. Thank you all for making Country Club Towers feel like home!

My experience at this country club near Miami Lakes has been wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the attention and service from all the staff have been outstanding. I was first assisted by Heidy Tuero, who provided exceptional customer service from the very beginning. I would give her an excellent score for her professionalism, kindness, and dedication.
It is also a pet-friendly place, which I truly appreciate. So far, the maintenance services have been excellent as well. The club offers many activities and distractions for children, making it a great place for families.
Overall, I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great service, comfort, and a welcoming environment Lakes has been truly excellent. From the very beginning, the attention and service provided by all the staff have been outstanding. Everyone is friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which creates a very welcoming atmosphere.

I’ve been a resident of this property for 6 years, and the most persistent issue I’ve faced is the excessive NOISE. It’s rare to have a quiet day or night, and loud music and parties are a regular disturbance.
A large portion of these issues seem to come from certain residents (the ones who love “CUBATÓN”) who frequently play very loud music, often late into the night.
What’s worse is that management appears to do very little to address it. Most complaints seem to go ignored, and calling security rarely results in any action. There seems to be no clear enforcement policy or consequences for ongoing noise disturbances.
I believe management and security need to work together with urgency to enforce noise regulations consistently, regardless of who is causing the issue. Every resident deserves a peaceful living environment, and right now, that is not being delivered.
I strongly believe that a clear noise-control clause should be included in all lease agreements moving forward. This clause should define acceptable noise levels and times, and outline the consequences for violating those terms.
Dania and Karen are a great team they are always available to assist and answer all questions. I love living in Country Club Towers and look forward to living here many more years. It is a beautiful community and the maintenance team are amazing especially Juan he is very respectful and always assists with a smile on his face. The office team is also great.

I rarely leave reviews, but the conditions at this apartment complex have become unacceptable. The overall cleanliness of the building is terrible. There are clearly too many people living in single units, and it shows—hallways are constantly dirty, littered, and never properly cleaned. The cleaning staff simply wipes over the floors with smelly mops instead of actually scrubbing, so debris stays stuck to the ground for weeks.
People smoke cigarettes in the hallways with zero regard for residents who have health issues. It’s disgusting to walk through floors that smell like smoke, urine, and dirty mop water. Yes—there is urine on the floors, not just from pets but from actual humans in the stairwells. Dogs are urinating in the open breezeways and even right in front of the elevators.
The parking lot has dog poop frequently left out, and it feels like no one enforces any rules here. People blast music in their apartments balcony as if they’re DJs hosting a nightclub.
The laundry room is another nightmare—machines are often broken, the space is never clean, and residents leave garbage in there instead of taking it to the dumpster. Between the trash, the smells, the noise, and the total lack of upkeep, this place is becoming a full-on ghetto environment.
Management needs to step up immediately. As it stands, I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe, clean, or well-maintained place to live. This is sad and could be resolved. Just nasty!!!
