Overall, my experience with Coco Furniture was extremely disappointing. Not only is their location not suitable for semi trucks, but the lack of assistance made the entire process incredibly frustrating. I had to wait for ages just to get a dock and even longer to offload my items. The workers were unfriendly and unhelpful, making the whole experience even more unpleasant.
To make matters worse, I ended up with missing boxes on my bill of lading and I suspect that my check-in and out times were manipulated. It's clear that this company is not trustworthy and I would strongly advise other drivers to steer clear of Coco Furniture. Save yourself the headache and not delivery there…..

This place is running what feels like a money grab operation. They take your money upfront as a "deposit," but when you return or follow up, they suddenly tell you the deposit is non-refundable. Even worse, they claim they have to "check with management" just to see if you're allowed to use your own money toward any purchase or service.
This is not how legitimate businesses operate. If the deposit is non-refundable, that should be clearly explained before payment is taken — not after. There’s no transparency, no accountability, and their policies seem designed to trap people into giving up money without receiving anything in return.
Avoid this place unless you’re okay with potentially losing your hard-earned money.

I ordered ,well spoke with Jessica on whatsapp...I was truly skeptical being from The Bahamas....but can I tell you,she was Awesome!!!! Yea at times she got busy in meetings,but it's understandable knowing it's a large furniture store she's in....I had issues paying my bill with my car because it had a limit, but she took that on day by day till a complete payment was made....THANK YOU JESSICA ,YOU WERE TRULY GREAT,AND YOU WILL BE REFERRED!!!!!!
This place is absolutely the best! I’m in love! The furniture is stunning, modern, and the prices are very reasonable. The whole experience is been amazing!
