We went to Triple Play for our son's 12th birthday. We didn't do a full birthday party, we just decided to bring a couple friends and do the $75 full day unlimited activities+waterpark. The boys all had a wonderful time! After a few hours in the Waterpark, they did all the other activities multiple times. They especially loved the zip line and the go karts. The food was all really good, maybe a bit pricey, but nothing out of the ordinary for this type of place. The service was excellent and the atmosphere in general was relaxed and fun. Definitely recommend!
We had a great experience at Triple Play. The atmosphere was fun, clean, and very family-friendly, and the staff really helped make the day enjoyable.
One moment that stood out was how helpful Lifeguard Connor was. My son was nervous about going down one of the slides, and Connor took the time to calmly reassure him. He used kind, encouraging words and helped build his confidence without rushing him at all. Because of that, my son ended up feeling comfortable enough to try it and had a great time.
Overall, the customer service from all the lifeguards was excellent. They were attentive, friendly, and made safety feel like a priority while still keeping the experience fun. You could tell they genuinely cared about the guests and especially the kids.
We’ll definitely be coming back again because of how positive the experience was.
I went here for my birthday in June 2025. It was definitely a good experience. I enjoyed it. Things started to get boring after a while. The laser tag is nothing like lazermax in Spokane. The go cart track was fun. I'd like to go swimming if I go again. I don't think it registered that there was a swimming place before I showed up so I was unprepared. Not much to eat here for those who are plant based.
Went here yesterday for the first time with our granddaughters. They had a ball. We spent 4 hours, one thing I really love is that no employees had cell phones. I think that's a great rule. Somebody should be commended. That's the way every business should be run. I want to throw a special. Thank you to the young man. Named, Will, that was working around, he Very much seemed to enjoy his job. He's very bubbly and nice and also the little brunette girl that was working The ice cream counter very nice. All I saw her do was clean, and she was very happy when I went and got an ice cream, very personable
We had such a blast here. I will say it’s a small water park but definitely still fun! My family loved everything from that to the arcades!! Thank you for such a wonderful stay and experience!
Average family fun facility experience. Some fun indoor kid rides, outside rides were closed due to rain. Swimming area was a good experience, but you pay for gaming and the food was horrible! Very expensive to not include games, in our opinion. Food quality could easily be corrected, but it was obvious that the quality choices were intentional for optimal profit. Sad considering its created for families...
The place was overall magical and a great experience for my family I was very impressed by the prices and attractions they had! We went to the water park and had fun there for most of the day, then decided to wrap it up with the attractions like the escape rooms and mini golf as well as later on the arcade. I sent my two kids (Teen and Pre-teen) to go and enjoy the escape rooms. Once they came back they looked uncomfortable and some what upset. They told me that a male employee who looked around late teens-early twenties was rude. He snatched the ticket from my oldest hands and acted annoyed by he whole time he had to show the how to play and how it started. As a parent this upset me but against my better judgement I let them do another escape rooms. They bought the tickets and went out to do it and immediately the same employee told them no and it was closed, my oldest was a bit confused since she just bought the ticket not even a minute ago but fortunately a female employee came out and told him to run it since my child had already bought it. He definitely had a attitude and tried arguing it and was snappy with my two kids (but let them go in anyway). Overall his attitude and behavior was unacceptable and he should have been more pleasant and kind instead of acting like he didn’t like his job and disrespectful when he actually had to work. This isn’t the first time we’ve dealt with rude workers here and I’m afraid it won’t be the last. Overall a great experience with other employees and staff and enjoyed the arcade a lot at the end, I just hope triple play catches these behaviors and is quick to act so I know my children are safe and comfortable to have fun!
My mom and I went for 1 day on sunday at $280! Very overpriced for the very bad experience that we had. The staff were great but at 7-10pm at night we had a family staying above us loud as hell stomping, jumping, throwing things, we called the desk 4 times for noise complaints and they did nothing until I physically went to the desk at 10:20 during there quiet hour to ask them AGAIN to the tell the room above us to be quiet. And everything went fine for 30 minutes until we heard scream from the pool and the slides because of senior night. These teenager boys screaming all night until 3am. Whats the point of having a quiet hour if the pool is still open and the hotel windows are inches from the slides. My mom and I got little to no sleep and we called the desk again to ask them to stop but they said they couldn't do anything but move our room which wouldn't help as we could hear them from anywhere in the hotel they were that loud! I wish they had a bigger deeper pool for bigger kids to go into instead of the mini wave pool. The only fun part about this place was the arcade. Save to say we won't be back.
