Not sure where to start with this miserable experience I had today. First off I drove two hours from Louisiana to purchase a brand new 2026 Rmax 2 1000 limited. Told the salesman I was coming and even sent him 3 photos of my GPS showing my arrival time as I was getting closer so he could everything ready for me to test drive the machine. When I got there. I had him paged, he quickly meets me and we proceeded to go look at the Rmax. Well he goes to start it and the battery is dead. Took them an hour to get the battery changed and the unit outside for me to test drive. That’s was horrible enough since I drove two hours to get there. Then they have these huge mud tires on it that I told him the day before to take off and put on the stock tires that will be on it once I buy it. Well that didn’t happen. It rode rough with the huge mud tires on the concrete slab I was test driving on. I was frustrated and let them know that I was not happy with the entire situation. Once I told them I was not interested in it because of the rough ride I experienced with it. The salesman told me that he promises that it rides way smoother with the stock tires! Well guess what Mr salesman!!!! I would not know because you left me on the rough riding tires I asked you to swap out before I got there. Once I said I’m leaving, they offered to swap the tires at that point. It will only take us about 30 minutes. I’m thinking it took an hour to swap a battery that sits right up front and easy to get to. So I don’t think they will get those tires swapped in 30 minutes. So I said, it’s ok, don’t worry about it. I’m just going to leave and go back home with an empty trailer. Their response. OKAY! No, I’m sorry you drove all the way here to be treated like we didn’t care if you buy from us or not. Nothing!

Just wanted to say that mason Buckley hooked me and my wife up with a brand new Polaris 850 mud edition. The experience was very good and I’ll definitely be going back for more toys in the future and mason will be the guy I talk to. Go see him and get those good deals.
