Absolutely wonderful experience for my cat! They were able to see me same day I called. There was no long wait time. Great seating to sit down with my cat and 2 kids while we checked in. Clean welcoming vibes in the lobby, friendly staff. My cat was seen right away by the vet. We had a private room we got to go into. They were awesome they felt kind *(they even offered treats) . The vet gave me her honest opinion and information. I felt heard after having an awful experience at another vet, I trusted my gut to get another opinion. The other vet qouted me more then double then what I paid here. REASONABLE PRICE$ :)

We had a great experience here for the first time. Monica, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and understanding. She got us scheduled for a first visit quickly and answered many questions that we had.
Itzel was amazing at our dogs appointment. She was compassionate and very knowledgeable. Dr. Alcantara was also exceptional. She did a very thorough exam, asked and answered several questions. She gave her medical opinion without pushing me- which is rare these days.
Their approach of taking preventative care and keeping that way is great. I walked out of there feeling like they genuinely cared about my senior dogs well-being.
The test results came back the very next day. The doctor reached out with a detailed response. All around a great experience.

This year - my dog, Sophie, had an unexpected pregnancy.
Dr. Scott and her team have been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process with everything.. and I mean EVERYTHING! Dr. Scott sent me articles for pregnancy, the entire staff took their time with her care, gave her ultrasounds and x-rays to verify puppy count and had given my dog comfort the entire way through with excitement.
When Sophie was pregnant, they allowed me to see the ultrasound first hand and let me experience that with her, how amazing is that?
Dr. Scott also sent me via email all the information I needed to have a safe birthing process for my dog after my appointment, and ensured me it would go smooth. When I brought Sophie in for an x-ray - I received that x-ray minutes after leaving Companion via email. Dr. Scott took it upon herself to measure the puppies from the x-ray she had taken and emailed me confirmation of a safe birthing process. She of course also had a plan B in mind in case if it didn't with amazing recommendations to an emergency hospital, (which we have used before when Sophie had broken her leg. Dr. Scott also assisted in that as well and she was phenomenal).
They are a very prompt team.
After birth, I called the office to schedule a follow up for all of Sophie’s newborn puppies. The front desk was so kind and excited to see all the puppies and Sophie. They asked me to send them videos and pictures of them and stated they couldn’t wait to see them. When we walked into the facility the day of our appointment, all of Sophies puppies and Sophie were greeted with such love as soon as I opened up the front door to walk in. They were all snuggled up with the entire team and I knew my dogs were extremely cared for at Companion by each individual there.
Now I have four healthy puppies and my fur baby is healthy as well all thanks to Companion and their team. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone to ensure a safe environment, a loving team and employees who are genuinely good people and care. Thanks for all you do Companion team!
The doctors and staff at Companion Animal Hospital Norridge are wonderful. They were so good with our senior Great Dane. They treated him as if he were their own pet. They were so good when the time came to say goodbye. It was a tough day, but made a little easier by the gentle care they offered.
We are now back with them for our new puppy. They were so happy to see we got a new wiggly puppy.
One great thing about them is that they work really hard to get you in when it is an urgent issue. They have emergency weekend hours as well.
We recommend.

I had an urgent care situation with my dog and I was able to bring him in about an hour and half from calling. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. So glad they do urgent care since they are about 5 minutes from my house. Their staff was polite and professional and they took great care of my dog. I highly recommend them!
Very easy to schedule; very prompt and timely. Did not have to wait long to see the doctor. Doctor was nice and friendly. She took time to explain what was going on with my dog. Prescribed a course of treatment and we were on our way. I highly recommend.
