Sager Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

This is one of the easier reviews I’ve done and the first on an auto dealership due to the many horrible experiences I’ve encountered in the past. I responded to an ad regarding a Toyota Tacoma SR5 pickup and it lead me to a young gentleman named Noah. We set an appointment to meet in Hanford at the place he works for called Sager CDJR auto dealership and told him I would be bringing a friend, actually he brought me since I happened to be without a car at the moment. Dan and I were greeted by Noah after arriving with a great smile, pointed to the Truck and said, here it is! I’ve been a retail sales manager for over 18 years and managed in banking for 8+ years as well and understand and can certainly see the qualities of an exceptional sales person and Noah fit that bill perfectly. Dan who was the best sales individual I ever worked with and actually hired couldn’t say enough about how great Noah was. Bottom line is, Noah, Eddie and others treated us and especially me since I was the one coming back since I told them my wife needs to see the vehicle and would bring her the the next day. Eddie made arrangements for me to take it home and said, save her the trip, take it home, drive her around and come back tomorrow! That’s exceptional service and personal commitment to satisfaction regardless of outcome but it’s a huge difference that had not been ever offered in my past. Due to Noah’s follow up, customer commitment to excellence in service with a smile always and very friendly personality, I left feeling like it wasn’t a auto purchase but an introduction into a company and individuals who are top notch at going the extra mile for you. I would recommend Sager CDJR all day, any day without question. Best experience ever. Update 3/1/26 Wanted to update my photos to include why people from Fresno and surrounding areas are making the journey to Hanford, Ca to speak with Noah and be treated special by this young man who cares deeply about his potential and future clients and Friends. Sager Jeep was amazing. We purchased a Rubicon Jeep and had an absolutely wonderful experience. DJ, Trent, Hector and Milton made the deal possible. They worked their magic and we drove home in the jeep we wanted. Thank you guys for making it possible. Come in and look for the vehicle you want. Excellent experience at Sager CDJR!!! Very friendly and welcoming from Sales, Service, Parts and Cashiers! Overall very healthy and warm welcomes from all around the dealership. Makes you smile every time you walk in for a cup of coffee :) Updating my review as of 02-02-26- 11:02AM- Just bought a 2026 Dodge charger Scat Pack and I can say, this is the best dealer in the valley! It all starts with a Warm Hi and a Soothing conversation with a Good Cup of coffee with some creamer on the side. Outdoor and indoor is very clean and smells fresh once you step foot inside the building. Upon stepping inside the building you get treated with a Hello and a firm handshake! Management, Sales, Cashier, parts, and the retailers are all very nice and always ask to see if you need help with anything! I love the smiles and the warm welcome! Sager CDJR, the best dealership in the whole entire valley🌟😌❤️
