Keller Motors Chevrolet

Since I don't purchase vehicles very often, I did a thorough research on what my needs were and precisely what price point I was willing spend. We live in the foothills of Madera County. There are several Chevrolet Dealers alot closer than Keller Motors. Obviously no other dealer satisfied our wants and price points. I researched dealerships from Roseville, San Jose , Sacramento, through the central Valley down to Bakersfield . Keller internet sales manager Alexis U. gave us the quote by phone and internet and that was the exact price agreed upon. At the dealer we were assistied with the purchase by three professionals that know their job and product. Julio V. was the primary contact. He realized that we traveled 140 miles to purchase their Chevrolet Colorado and he served us with tremendous gratitude and knowledge of the 2026 Colorado. Their tech person Ernie G. complete the purchase by setting up the vehicle's cell pairing and explaining in detail the use of the infotainment display. And lastly Jess P. the finance manager expeditiously completed the paper work required to sale a vehicle and again was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. The huge selling point on there behalf in addition to everything mentioned was the LIFE WARRANTY ON THE VEHICLE. I had such a great experience with Keller Motors. Went in to trade my Lincoln and was helped out by Edwin who went above and beyond for me to find the car that was perfect for this single mom. Jimmy helped me out so much and tried his best to find the best deal for me as well. Definitely recommend these guys for those who are looking to find a new ride for a good deal. Everything was great except for they didnt do the rotation, that is included in the maintenance inspection, because they couldnt find the wheel lock. I wish they would have called me because it was not hidden and very accessible, had they just looked in the driver door cup holder. Other than that, it was a smooth process.
