Food was amazing but service was terrible. She’s trying to multi task but isn’t good at it - got my order wrong, her service was so slow I didn’t even complain about it, I left her a 20% tip anyways - not even a thank you nothing. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again.

When a major facility issue persists for this long, loyal employees and customers expect visible action, transparent communication, and reasonable accommodations. Based on what I have observed, those expectations have not been met. As of today, this situation is completely unacceptable. The casino's air conditioning has reportedly been out since May 20, and nearly two weeks later there still appears to be no effective solution in place. Employees and customers alike have been left to endure extremely uncomfortable indoor temperatures that make spending any significant amount of time in the building unpleasant. What is most concerning is the apparent lack of urgency in addressing the issue or providing meaningful temporary relief. Even basic measures, such as supplying fans or creating cooling areas for employees and guests, do not appear to have been adequately implemented. Instead, staff continue to report to work and interact with customers in an environment that has become increasingly difficult to tolerate. Anyone familiar with the casino industry understands that employees already deal with frustrated patrons on a daily basis. Pair a broken air-conditioning system with guests who may already be upset after losing money, and the result is an even more stressful environment for frontline staff. Employees are left to absorb the frustration of guests while also working through conditions that, in my opinion, should have been addressed much sooner. The casino depends on both its employees and its customers, yet the prolonged lack of a resolution sends the wrong message to both. Management should make resolving this issue an immediate priority and demonstrate through its actions that it values the people who keep the operation running and the customers who continue to support it.

It's ok place but the front security person was vary rude to me. So I return the favor 😌. Then a much more professional man was called upon Mr roy hes a manger came to save her from more of her own medicine. But still with all the other casino's near by why would I return?

Smoke free entertaining environment... GREAT FOOD in the speak easy Velvet Spell room.. I watched live singing by Trudy and it was amazing.. very good singer and had the crowd completely engaged 💯

A great casino with plenty of slot machines and table games. Great food throughout the property and a few bars as well. Clean, spacious and a friendly staff sets this casino apart from a lot of others. Not overly crowded and had an easy time getting to play whatever games we wished to try. Plenty of parking! Valet parking is also available. High Limit Room also available for the high rollers. Smoking is allowed in designated areas. Will absolutely return when we are in the south Florida area again! A great casino to check out and to have a fun filled day, evening or night! Definitely recommend!

I have been to card rooms all across the United States. Felix and his team go above and beyond, making you feel like family + Especially being 1,200 miles from home, truly was a breath of fresh air. Pretty sure any of the bad reviews are from the grumpy gamblers who flushed their rolls. The 12 oz NY strip steak was extremely tender and flavorful, at $27 it was fantastic value!

It’s like a circus. Very few areas that are smoke free. Did not have my favourite lion or unicorn slot machine. It is prelude to what’s to come - a big hotel and casino like the one in Maryland
