Wet 'n Wild Emerald Pointe Water Park

I arrived at the park and immediately noticed that the outdoor tables I had seen in promotional videos were no longer there. This was my first time visiting, and I had high expectations based on the advertising and videos I had seen beforehand. Since it was our first visit, I brought a sandwich for my 20-month-old baby so he could have a healthier meal option during our outing. When I approached the entrance, a very rude employee stopped me and told me that inside food was not allowed. That part was completely fine—I understand that every place has its own rules, and I had no problem taking the food back to my car. The issue was not the policy itself, but the way this employee spoke to me. Among the items I was carrying was a baby bottle containing milk for my toddler. I asked whether that was prohibited as well, and she immediately said, “No.” I explained that it was milk for my baby—it was clearly a bottle of milk—and she paused for a moment before saying “No” again. I repeated, “It’s milk for my baby.” Her coworker seemed uncomfortable with the situation and appeared to disagree with how it was being handled, although she did not intervene. I explained once more, “It’s milk for my baby.” After another pause, the employee finally said, “Okay, but the other items cannot come in.” I returned to my car to put everything away and came back without any further issues. However, the lack of basic courtesy, common sense, and customer service from this employee had already negatively affected my experience. What should have been an enjoyable first visit was overshadowed by this interaction. I do want to mention that every other staff member I encountered was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The park itself is wonderful for children, and my family genuinely enjoyed it. I would recommend it to others because the facility is great. Unfortunately, because first impressions matter and because of the way I was treated at the entrance, I cannot give this place more than one star.

We were asked not to bring any outside food or drinks, so I followed the rules and didn't bring anything. Once inside the park, I noticed plenty of people carrying their own cups and water bottles. Since it was extremely hot, that was frustrating. It wasn't clearly communicated that personal water bottles appeared to be allowed. Parking cost $20. That felt a bit excessive on top of the admission price. That said, the slides were fun and well worth trying. What really stood out, though, was a staff member named Tayzia. I started feeling sick out of the blue and sat down with my eyes closed for a moment. Out of all the people in the park, she noticed me, came over to check on me, and even brought me a glass of ice water. That simple act of kindness made a huge difference and completely changed my experience. Please recognize Tayzia for her outstanding customer service. Employees like her are a huge asset to your business because they genuinely care about guests. Because of the cleanliness and enjoyable slides and especially due to Tayzia's exceptional service, I'm giving the park 4 out of 5 stars. Overall, it was a good experience!

First time here and loved most of it. After lunch it started to get packed. Their was 3 in our family and it was hard to ride some of the slides that called for 2 ppl to ride .. didn't work for us. I really wanted to ride and the other 2 didn't. The lazy river wasn't to lazy with all the ppl that wanted to get in. I felt a little guilty going around two times in The lazy River when other people were waiting on the floats. Also I think maybe they should only be one seater floats instead of two seater floats. It just seemed crowded.

We go here every year as a family getaway because vacation isn’t in the budget for us. The first year I feel was the best back in 2023. I will say our 2025 was good but the prices jumped drastically so that I feel was the biggest downside. I do understand inflation and the affect it has on businesses. But otherwise I must say this is always a great place for a family fun day om a hot summer day. We usually take our trip around the 4th of July (I do recommend personally to go on the 4th or the day before, try to avoid a Saturday around a holiday because the lines will be insanely long and you won’t be able to ride much). I will also say our favorite attractions are the 1. Lazy River 2. Wave Pool 3. White Water Rapids - overall a great place that has specialized in family summer fun.

We are enjoying our season passes but season passes do not give ANY discounts on food, we have silver and platinum passes and we had to buy wet n wild cups to get the $2 refills, yet you can’t bring WATER in the park. They made me dump out my 1 year olds sippy cup that he was DRINKING it had water it was a clear sippy cup. I personally do not want my 1 year old drinking water from the water refill stations so I was NOT happy with that at all. Not only that but I’m being told I can’t bring my 1 year olds snacks in the water park? That also ridiculous with the amount of money I spent on these passes and parking. (The snacks were made for infants not even adults and I only had 3) I had my shoes stolen because they have to be left in a cubby. (I went on the ride, came back up for my shoes and they were gone) The park said I should bring ugly shoes if I don’t want them stolen, I get that it was a joke but they didn’t help much and I had to walk around with no shoes including through the parking lot. My feet had blisters… I was also told I couldn’t bring my phone on rides when I had it in a water proof pouch. Couldn’t bring my hat on rides even though it was fully secured on my head and I have light sensitivity and sensitive skin on my face, I wear it to protect me from the sun, yet two women were able to be fully clothed with hijabs due to religious reasons (which is perfectly fine) but I should be able to wear my hat for medical reasons. We purchased food, two meals for $40 did NOT INCLUDE A DRINK the burger had nothing on it, just cheese the fries were soggy. My brother was told he had to take off his actual SWIM shirt.. not right, no one would be forced to be naked to go on a ride if they are not comfortable. Parking should be free for all season passes, actually it should be free in general.. We purchased 2 passes that include parking but $26 for parking is absolutely ridiculous for our guests and non platinum pass holders. Especially when the day pass and the season passes are so expensive. I just feel that they are trying everything they can to squeeze money out of you. Basically forcing you to get a locker for $18 or MORE depending on the size of the locker. How is that right? You spend all this money on season passes and have to pay more for lockers as well? I should be able to go into the park worry free after purchasing 5 season passes. Now I have to worry about the cost of lockers, walk around with no shoes even though it hurts my feet and the cement is hot because they haven’t invested in misters or colored sidewalks, can’t wear a hat, can’t bring my own water, my child can’t have his BABY SNACKS, I also have to purchase new shoes since my crocs were stolen, oh and can’t take separate cars with anyone in my group because they will have to pay for parking. Seems like we won’t be back next summer unless changes are made. I don’t feel like I’m having (worry free days) when I’m at this water park. Once again the park itself is nice but the money gouging is not, I’m from Florida and I’m not new to waterparks. In Florida it’s MUCH cheaper and less stressful.

We all had a blast at wet and wild!! Great food options and rides!! Definitely would go again!!!

Standing in a quarter mile long line after paying almost $300 for two tickets. This place is unorganized and the employees and rude and incompetent. This will be my last year coming. Highly disappointed. Stay far away from this huge mess. You’ll spend the entire day waiting to park and then get in even though you have prepaid. I won’t be back. Edit. You asked me to contact you. I did twice and no reply. You all suck.

I’m not sure why I spent over $400 for passes to be forced to throw away 3 SEALED water bottles for my children. Last week it wasn’t an issue but this week it is. They tossed my bottles so I can pay $4 per bottle for Aquafina that I don’t even like to drink. They set out Gatorade coolers of water by the entrance but can’t even confirm that they wash and sanitize them before every refill. I don’t want communal water that people who do not wash their hands touch all over. They don’t even stay cold. They said I could dump out my sealed water and refill it with that. They removed the picnic tables outside and don’t even let you store coolers. The food is absolutely gross and over priced as it is. Also, Had somebody coming to meet me last week just to find out they have restrictions on their bring a friend passes. Wasted their time and gas for something only usable when I was having to be at work. Definitely will not be doing this next year. What an absolute waste of money.
