Came in today and Steven was so helpful in helping me find some New furniture. He made the process easy and was so kind and helpful.. thank you so much Steven so very happy with my purchase today. My last couch I got from here too and it lasted 8 years. Ordered on Friday and it got delivered Sunday! The delivery guy were in and out within 10 mins. Best couch and delivery ever! Thankful for afw!

I want to give a big "shout out" to Zach Lewis, my salesperson at AFW. I needed a new mattress and Zach was soft spoken, professional and very knowledgeable. I never felt any pressure to purchase, was just given information and answered my questions. Highly recommend Zach. Then a couple days later my mattress was delivered by two well organized and efficient gentleman. They took out my old mattress ($30) and set up the new one taking away all the packaging. I'm a very happy customer!!!

I had such a wonderful experience here, and I have to give special praise to Rick, one of the best salesmen I’ve ever met. He deserves recognition and even a promotion for the way he handles his customers. Rick was attentive, kind, down-to-earth, and friendly—he guided me through the entire process with patience and genuine care. Melvin did an awesome job when we purchased our sofa. He was very helpful, showing us several items, and he was never pushy. I can heartily recommend American Furniture Warehouse. We have to travel for two hours to shop there, but it is worth the drive, and they have excellent prices. We have purchased there before, and will no doubt so again.

We were referred to AFW by friends after recently moving from Chicago to Arizona, and they couldn’t have been more right—same great selection you’d find at Ashley Furniture, but at a better value. We ended up furnishing three bedrooms, a dining room, and our family room, all with the help of Chris Jenkins. Chris is truly a pro’s pro—extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find exactly what we wanted without any pressure. He made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and even enjoyable. We’ll absolutely be going back to work with him again. On delivery day, the two-man crew was fantastic. They worked quickly, handled everything with care, and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. You can tell they take pride in what they do. We did have two dining chairs that didn’t meet expectations, but it was handled perfectly—no hassle at all. AFW took them back and is scheduling replacements, which is all we could ask for. From start to finish, this was a true 5⭐️ experience. Great people, great service, and great value. We’ll definitely be repeat customers.
