Mini mall storage Glen Ellyn, Il has top tier customer service. Toni is so nice and informative, she helped me with the whole process. She is so wonderful and her dedication to her job is what made my decision to use this location. She explained everything, and made sure all of my questions was answered. This location is very nice bright clean and easy accessible.

BETTER OPTIONS ELSEWHERE. As explained below, no follow up and lack of professionalism. Company took my credit card deposit 90 days ago. After 5 different calls and visits to their office they have not refunded the money and will not tell me when they will. FIND ANOTHER STORAGE OPTION. There are several on North Ave in Glen Ellyn and on Roosevelt. Their response below to my original request was their corp 800#. I called and waited 30 min for someone to pick up only to then be told the local office is only one that can help. I started to complete the lease and then decided against it due to extra fees. They charged my card and after 3 phone calls to corp office and 2 attempts to visit their office (nobody there during open hours) I cannot get my refund. I would avoid this place strictly based on business practices and complete disregard for their own posted hours. I know I am not the only one who has experienced this. You can find more professional options in the area.

We were full time travelers and needed a place to secure our possessions for an extended period of time. We chose this one because of location and it was indoors. We rented for 8 years and 3 months. We just moved out because we bought a place out of state. We were very happy with the quality of the building, never a bug, not even a cobweb. It’s exceptionally clean. The staff appears frequently walking around checking the halls and cleaning any debris that may come in through the sliding doors or on items stored. Thank you again for your service and keeping our things safe and clean.

Denise helped me out like 100 times in 3 days. I had so many silly questions and requests and she catered to all of them. The facility is clean and ready to navigate and again, I would've been screwed if Denise wasn't working. Highly recommend for painless storage.

I've been here for a few years. This storage place got bought a few months ago by Mini Mall. Unfortunately the service has definitely gone downhill and yet they raised the rates substantially. Today, Saturday mid afternoon, I tried to get in through the gate but it just made a grinding sound and didn't lift. Mini mall has reduced the time they have someone on site from the previous owners, 9 to 5 i think on Saturday, closed on Sunday ( the two days I actually need). But this was 2pm or so on Saturday. I called the office, no one is on site, but they'll let their manager know on Monday there is a problem. So now my weekend plans are blown and the woman on the phone is sorry but she'll "bubble it up to management on Monday". So they charge more, do less, and don't help. Also, before they bought the place there was always carts available for you to use to help you move stuff around, now there's one. This was a really great facility before these people bought it, and the building is still really nice, but now my advice to anyone looking, is look somewhere else.

Getting a storage unit through Extra Space Storage was very easy. The place looked really clean and brand new. Joseph and Michelle were great and answered all our questions.

I have only great things to say about Extra Space Storage. Every employee I have worked with, especially Michelle, has been outstanding. The place/unit is clean, well lit, and updated. It exceeds my expectations when it comes to storage units.

We had a great experience being temporary renters at this location. Kenyatta and Toni were amazing in helping us get settled in and assisting with securing our storage unit.
