An amazing mountain experience!!! I'd love to go back when I have no kids in tow so I can truly take in the sights. It was a beautiful spot for sure. The gondola ride up and down was pleasant with views all around you, even straight down. There is the rambler trucks that take you up and down along the road if that is a better option for you. 😉 Lots of food options, music, and gift shops available with some neat items. The mountain coasters were exhilarating and refreshing. **Visiting Tip: There are 2 mountain coasters there, keep your ticket so you may ride both coasters once or your favorite twice. Looking forward to another visit to Anakeesta Park. ⛰️❤️

An amazing venue we suggest for all. Starting with a gorgeous, scenic glass bottom gondola ride where you exit to some beautiful scenery. There are a lot of great trails to walk, to include the beautiful rope bridges. There's also the famous alpine sled you can ride for an additional fee. Great place to spend an afternoon!

Warning! This place was on some real BS. You have to pay $40 to enter the park. But have to pay basically $18 additional for EVERY extra activity. Half the stuff was closed so why am I paying full price to Enter? They say oh it was open 9-11am but only half way open. So now you had to fight people walking backwards due to there being no exits and everyone spinning around. They don't tell you this before you enter. When I came back at night time for the light show thinking the whole park was going to be lit up with the rope lights. They literally have 1 working bulb per rope light, inside the park. The Light show was decent the big down hill coaster was nice but we had to wait 1 hour in line they didnt tell us they were waiting on maintenance until after about 40 mins waiting in a line that was up the steps out past the eating area. The small yellow coaster Do Not use if you have back problems or cant be whipped around bad, it will beat you bad due to the seat belt coming loose as you go down hill, i did all the coasters in Gatlinburg this one was by far the worst one. Food was over priced as all places in Gatlinburg. The parks beautiful but its on some BS forsure. If they were more honest and discounted the pricing to match whats actually open my review would have been different.

I really wanted to like Anakesta, but I honestly left disappointed. The park is clean and the views are absolutely beautiful, that’s definitely the best part of the experience. Unfortunately, everything else fell short. The biggest issue was the heat. Visiting during the summer was miserable because there are very few places to cool off. The gondola ride (park only entrance) felt like sitting in a sauna. They have fans, but they were not working. It honestly felt like the perfect place to get heat stroke. (Daughter and wife both started feeling the symptoms) On top of that, the park is much smaller than I expected, and there really isn’t that much to do. After paying admission, I was surprised that many of the attractions required an additional fee, which made the overall value feel even worse. We also we try to eat at Clifftop Restaurant after waiting a long time for a table, only to find out the air conditioning wasn’t working. After walking around in the heat all day, that made the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, I think Anakesta is overrated and overpriced for what it offers. The scenery is amazing, but that alone isn’t enough for me to justify the cost. I wouldn’t visit again.

Very peaceful and relaxing. Pricing was good for entry, but make sure to bring extra for the mountain coasters. The Skylift up was fantastic, but we did sit, suspended, for over 10 minutes on the way down.

Great family amusement park. The gondola and one of their mountain coasters were closed, but overall it was amazing. The landscaping, floral decor was very appreciated. The views overall were amazing. Grounds were well kept. Kids amenities were well enjoyed by our four kids age 5-12. We ate nachos for lunch, which surprisingly, well exceeded my expectations for an amusement park food. We saw a black bear from afar Highly recommend.

Absolutely magical! This place is a must see if you are in the area. We visited at the end of our trip so we only saw most of the park at night. If we travel in the area again, it will be a daytime stop as the park offers many activities. Astra Lumina is an additional fee, but well worth it. A one of a kind experience for all ages. Expect walking on inclines in the park. Areas are built on different levels taking advantage of the space. The theming of Anakeesta is the best I have ever seen in a theme park. You can tell the park has been thoughtfully curated to created a magical oasis among the Smoky Mountains. Costs are pricey, but match the area.
