Hurricane Wayne is AMAZING!! I had him for both going to and coming from the ship, he was amazing and my whole family loved him, even my hardheaded dad. If I could, I would always have Hurricane Wayne every time I took shuttle for cruises. He funny and he also helps with instructions to exit the lot. Help Hurricane Wayne get that extra day’s work y’all!! (Also I feel like he could be CaseOh’s dad lol)

Me and my family of 7 had hurricane wayne going to and coming back. We was the best shuttle you can ask for. If you taking the shuttle from indoor cruise parking try your best to ride with him, he is great.

We are using the indoor parking and it was very easy. The staff was very nice even though we accidentally went in the exit. Our driver Zach took care to get us there safely and Michael was a great help with our bags!

Hurricane Wayne is the best shuttle driver EVER! Very informative and pretty witty! We really enjoyed the ride and thankful for all the reminders.

I want to preface this review by stating that I’ve parked here many times and had good to great experiences each time. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for this past experience. I chose to pay extra for indoor parking to better protect my car from the elements. When I returned to my car after the cruise I found it covered in bird poop. See attached photos. I asked to speak to someone about this issue. The person who eventually came over showed absolutely no interest in addressing my concern and said that in her 8 years this has never happened and they had no control over birds. In fact it has happened before based on a review by someone else just a few weeks ago. While I understand not having any control over birds, I do feel that there is a certain expectation that my car will be waiting for me in a condition not too different from when I left it. Especially when you pay extra for that expectation and this is one of the most expensive places to park your car. It would have been nice at the very least to have been offered the cost of a car wash or a future parking discount as a gesture of good will to a loyal customer.

Hurricane Wayne is the man!! The family and I really enjoyed our shuttle ride! Also coming from a car sickness person, I never got sick from his driving.

Sherwin was an amazing shuttle driver! He got us to our destination safely and timely, he also had a kind personality and amazing energy is made the ride to the ship comfortable and overall made me forget about the long line we had to stand in lol! He also congratulated me on joining the Navy which I very much appreciated! He was overall a great rider and I’m glad we had him!

If you're a cruiser, join their club. You can't beat the service and their drivers are the best. We do indoor, and it's so nice to get dropped off to a clean vehicle.
