EZ Cruise Parking

We just got off Jubilee departing Galveston and I have to share the EASIEST cruise parking I’ve ever experienced! Because most times that’s the most stressful frustrating time for my family and I was so grateful for how ours went this trip. Just giving flowers where they are due! EZ CRUISE PARKING at 2727 Santa Fe Place! The quickest at drop off and I was even more impressed on when we got back to the island after seven days at sea all you want is to get back to your car and they were probably the best at that aspect! Right outside security waiting for us the moment we got off! After the stress of debarkation that was such a breathe of fresh air! And super close to the terminal! That’s all hope that this is helpful for others in the midst of planning! Thanks EZ Cruise Parking!!!!

Emmanuel drove us to the port and made it a memorable, funny experience for the 10 minute ride. Did a great job reminding us what we needed to board so we didn't forget anything in the car. Also reminded us where to get on their shuttle back to parking after the cruise and to take a picture of our parking receipt to expedite things in case we lose it on the ship. Emmanuel is a professional that loves his job and cared about his passengers.

I thought this would be an easy process, but I will never use this parking area again. According to our bus driver Emanuel the bus could not leave until it was full as the cruise terminal charges $25.00 every time the bus makes a loop. That is not my problem. We sat for 40 minutes waiting for the bus to be full and even waited until people were standing.

Julio did an amazing job at driving us to and from the pier. He is very personable.

KC on the sunshine bus was absolutely amazing and funny at the same time. He stayed interacting with us. Very professional and polite. Most definitely enjoyed the ride to the port With him

Safe parking, drivers and staff are up beat and friendly. They made what could be stressful a breeze. And are very kid friendly! Will definitely be back!!
