I was there last week for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The visit turned into an awfully frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for honest and transparent service. During the tire rotation, the technicians broke my wheel lock while removing my tires. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they presented the issue like it somehow wasn’t their responsibility. However, I was told a manager “could” authorize a replacement, as though replacing a part they broke would be a courtesy. When I asked how a wheel lock could break (large, thick, metal part), they explained that it can happen when tools that are “too powerful” are used. The problem with that explanation is that they were the ones using those “powerful tools” while manipulating the part. The second issue was even more concerning. After recommending nearly $900 worth of additional work on my well-maintained SUV, they said my engine oil was “too dark” and that I needed an engine flush. Based on that “evidence,” I agreed to the service. I thankfully declined all the other additional work they recommended. Shortly after I learned there was absolutely no legitimate need for an engine flush. I ended up paying $180 for a service my vehicle didn’t need because I trusted what I was being told. My car has been consistently maintained, I’ve never skipped routine service, and my engine is healthy. Selling unnecessary work by making customers think something is wrong with their vehicle is dishonest and disappointing behavior. To make matters worse, the manager (Julio) agreed to replace the broken wheel lock and told me he would call me the following day. That call never came. It’s now been a week. I called again on Saturday, requested a callback, and still haven’t heard from anyone. Mistakes happen. Breaking a wheel lock isn’t the problem - it’s everything that happened afterward. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to convince me the damage wasn’t their fault. Instead of giving honest recommendations, they sold me a service I didn’t need. And instead of following through on their promise to make things right, they stopped communicating. I’m still waiting for Julio to honor his commitment and replace the wheel lock they broke. I would not recommend this business.

Came for an oil change and nothing extra. I was In and out! They cleaned the windows, filled the washer fluid, filled the battery water and filled the transmission. Spent about 24 minutes overall. Daniel was great and helpful. He walked me through the process with reassurance; They have a waiting area with free WiFi and beverages such as coffee and tea. They did recommend to change the engine air filter but I politely declined as I could do it myself as it’s more affordable on amazon.

This morning I stopped by Jiffy Lube before heading out on a long trip, and I’m really glad I did. I had my transmission serviced, an oil change completed, and the cabin air filter replaced. The service was smooth and efficient, and the team was professional and helpful throughout the entire visit. The difference in my car was noticeable right away—on the highway, it ran incredibly well, and the transmission felt super smooth after the service. They also sanitized the vents, which made a big difference, the car smelled fresh and clean the entire drive. Overall, it was a great experience. I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube! The service technicians were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and—most importantly—honest. They took the time to explain what my vehicle needed without any pressure or unnecessary upselling, which I truly appreciated. Their customer service is outstanding from start to finish. You’re greeted with professionalism, treated with respect, and kept informed throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a place that combines efficiency with genuine care for the customer, but they absolutely do. This is the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend!

My first time stopping by at this location to get tire rotation. Staff are friendly and professional. I got 20 min eta to get service done but I had my vehicle out in 10! I happened to seat outside and see Michael diligently checking torque spec after putting tires back on. Couldn’t resist but to leave him a tip for being on top of his game. This is going to be my go to place for tire rotations going forward. They charge a bit more than Mr. Tire next door, but I don’t have to wait for 2 hours. Keep it up guys!

Well the oil is changed so thats good but I will not be going back. Employees are rude, miss important details and problems, & one accused me of lying about when my oil change was last done (they did not update my odometer reading last time I got my oil changed AT THAT LOCATION). I also had to go back to get a sticker for this visit which the same employee refused to allow me to affix myself after I told him I could do it myself. I was already frustrated at that point and just wanted to leave.

I've never had to wait to be greeted at any Jiffy Lube location - today was the exception, but they were VERY busy - every bay was full. After mentionting this to staff, they acknowledged they were short staffed but would get me in and out as quickly as possible - and they did. In addition to my requested service, I asked them to confirm when a prior service would be due again. It was checked and they made a recommendation. Efficient AND pleasant.

Had a great experience at Jiffy Lube Gaithersburg for my recent oil change! The service was quick, efficient, and very professional. 15minutes oil change ! Special shoutout to *Momo*, who was super friendly and made sure everything was clearly explained. He went the extra mile to check my fluids and tires too.
