I had a great experience at Fitzgerald Subaru of Gaithersburg buying a new 2026 Subaru Forester Limited hybrid from Carla Noel! Carla was a patient and knowledgeable sales associate. Despite the heavy rain on Tuesday, we managed to get a test drive in and go over all the essentials before the sale was finalized. This Fitzgerald Subaru location has a fantastic inventory of cars. I had many choices. The Fitzway price led to a low stress purchase never once did we talk about price. They honored my quote from Carmax for my trade-in. Friendly and knowledgeable Business Manager completed the paperwork in less than 45 minutes so I could be on my way. I highly recommend visiting and speaking with Muna the welcoming Sales Manager. Here are three photographs of my new Subaru in my driveway. This is my first Subaru after owning many Hondas. I love handling the comfort and the safety features. I highly recommend this dealership.

We had an amazing experience purchasing our car at Fitzgerald Subaru Gaithersburg with Zilola! We took about a week overall to look over options and test drive and make sure it was the right fit and she never made us feel any less. Zilola answered all our questions & explained details clearly. She even noted there had been a previous recall just to make sure we were aware which she didn’t have to, but we appreciated her honesty as this will be our family car. Her attitude-attentiveness and way of walking us through all this process made us come back to her and feel good about it. When asking for an OUT THE DOOR quote multiple times they mislead you into conversation and get you started on building to order or finding one in inventory to “better your experience”, that’s when they will put a number in front of you that isn’t the final price. I come in a week later for a different car to see what if it would be different and they did it again, asking for an out the door price specifically with taxes and everything, 25 mins later they come up with another quote after “looking at nearby inventory”, no taxes, destination charges or anything. Incompetent or “sales tactics”.

The service was easy to schedule and quick (out in a little more than an hour). Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. And I like having the car washed without me asking for it.
