Mobile Locksmith | Blackburn and Son

Thank you Taylor! I went to AA Lock Doc & Security in Ocala, Florida. I just got a car 04 and the key fob was separated from the key. I got the key and key fob and ask for a key to be made. Please tell me why the lady did not check the numbers under where the security system was, did not check the keys to fit in the car door because there is only one key entry. Then she made the key just to crank the car.I left and went on with my day and I got out of the car locked it. I used the same key she made and it wouldn’t fit the door key entry. I got locked out of my car. I dealt with Mobile Locksmith before Thank you for checking the numbers, making sure my key fit the door and cranks my car. I have dealt with the company for years and I appreciate them and recommend them to anyone. The key on the right was made by AA Lock Doc & Security and the key left was made by Mobile Locksmith. I opted for no key fob due to cost and he was able to give me a key that does it all. Also, the numbers she had I gave the phone to the locksmith and he clearly had different numbers than hers. I did bring her the key and she looked at the key and said I cut it correctly so it’s the key fob. No ma’am you did not check the numbers nor the door key entry to the car. She refused to give me back my $69.88 after she stated I can over the phone. I drove 45 min and really just wanted to not do the drive. Long story short!

No kidding, y’all! This really happened! The key lanyard to our RV, which is usually worn around my neck, was left on the front seat when we walked outside to setup our University of Florida Tailgate RV Site for the Gator Game; Our dog, who was inside the RV, jumped up on the seat and sat on the fob- LOCKING us out of our RV!!!! Never fear! Marcus, with Mobile Locksmith, John Blackburn & Son, answered our call for help! Marcus was friendly and professional upon calling their number, took all our information to locate us, said he’d be to us in 30 minutes, showed-up within 16 minutes, greeted us with a smile and a handshake, and had us unlocked in 30 seconds (no kidding!)! He thought he had seen it all, but “dog-locked-us-out-by-sitting-on-the-fob” was new to him, too! Marcus arrived right on time for the scheduled appointment to rekey 4 locks. He was fast, efficient, and pleasant! The whole job took him only about 15 minutes and we had a great conversation the entire time. I would definitely recommend this business and especially Marcus.

Everything went fine right up until they cracked my side window while trying to get in the door, that wasnt the best start. But once they admitted it and apologized the guy worked quickly, even adjusted the lock mechanism so it wouldnt stick anymore, and the price felt fair for what turned into a bigger job. its not often you find people willing to take responsibility like that, I would defintely go see them if I have another key mishap.

The Awesome guys here were super helpful even though I had hardly any information needed but were still able to get an appointment booked and they were pulling into the parking lot before I could call my tech and let him know someone was on the way to unlock his work van. It took 10 min from phone call to unlocked van that’s awesome sorry I didn’t get names of the guys that helped me but who ever was working the phones and on call on 4/11 killed it excellent work!!

once again my boy Marcus came thru and unlocked my car . (this is my second gmail) but i left a review about 10 months ago about how quick and cool he was . once again my boy was cool as hell . unfortunately i had to run into him again . but i will be getting new car keys made frm yall .

My service dog Freedom and I highly recommend them. They have assisted me multiple times . They have worked on projects at my home, my truck, my camper and for the shopping center that I help manage. No job is too big or too small for them. They really care about their customers and their pets as you can see from some previous reviews. Some of the jobs for me have been outside the box. They are very professional, caring .They have been able to make keys that I cannot get made anywhere else correctly. Many of the businesses in the center where I am the site rep have used them as well as my neighbors/friends. All the reviews have been positive. In our community, we used to have a outstanding local locksmith. unfortunately; he passed away. It's challenging to find someone you can truly trust with your most prized possessions, such as your home. I trust them for any job. They take my phone call calls answer all questions. They are fantastic to my service dog, Freedom. I cannot say enough great things about them. They have saved me a lot of money as well as time.
