Our 10-year-old American Bulldog recently had a cancerous tumor removed, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care she received. The tumor was in a tricky location, and there was concern that it might not be possible to remove all of it. Dr. Bedoya and his team did an amazing job and kept us informed every step of the way. They answered all of our questions, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and made sure we understood the details of the procedure and recovery. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication gave us peace of mind during a very stressful time. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care for their pets. Brought our dog here for a health certificate to move to Hawaii and the whole team was incredible. They made sure we had additional documents, copies, and any questions answered. Quick and efficient visit for us! As a military family who sees lots of veterinarians across the country, we are very impressed!

I think this is my third time writing a review, but I am very sad and upset about this situation. About four months ago, I took my dog to this clinic because I noticed a mass growing on her left side and I was very concerned. I used to bring my dogs to see Dr. Curtis, who has always been amazing and helped us in the past. However, when I scheduled this visit, we saw a different doctor. He told us it was just fat and that he was not concerned at all. Two months later, I noticed the mass had grown and I found another one on her left leg, so we scheduled another appointment. Again, we saw a different doctor, and once again we were told everything was fine. They ran tests on the mass on her leg, but after a month we never heard back from them. I did not feel comfortable with the answers we were getting, so I started looking for another veterinarian a week ago. The new doctor performed a simple test in the clinic and immediately told us the cells looked very suspicious. He recommended a biopsy, and unfortunately the results came back positive for sarcoma. I am extremely upset and disappointed that this clinic did not take our concerns seriously, never followed up with us, and charged us over $400 without providing proper care or communication. Our pets deserve better.

This is the WORST VET YOU COULD EVER GO TO! THE VET IS COMPLETELY JUDGMENTAL AND WILL MURDER YOUR DOG VIA MEDICATION. HE TOLD US OUR DOG WAS GOING TO DIE WITHOUT EVEN DOING BLOOD WORK AND GAVE HER DAYS TO LIVE. WITHOUT BLOOD WORK! I HAD TO ASK FOR HOPE AND TO START THE TEST. ONCE HE RETURNED WITH OUR DOG SHE NEVER WALKED AGAIN UNTIL SHE EVENTUALLY DIED. MY DOG WAS NORMAL BESIDES SWOLLEN LYMPHNODES BEFORE SEEING THIS "VET". WHEN SHE CAME BACK BEDOYA HAD SOMEONE PLACE HER ON THE GROUND AFTER TESTING SINCE FOR SOME REASON, SHE COULDN'T EVEN STAND. I THEN NOTICED SHE WAS CONVULSING IN HER STOMACH, I ASKED WHY IS SHE DOING THAT AND THE TECH RAN TO GET THE VET WHICH THEN INJECTED HER WITH SOMETHING TO MAKE IT STOP. MIND YOU, SHE ONLY HAD A ULTRASOUND AND A FINE NEEDLE ASPIRATE FROM HER LEG DONE SO WHY WAS SHE EVEN LIKE THAT.. HE SAID HER PLATELETS WERE LOW AND SHE HAS LYMPHOMA WITHOUT EVEN GETTING THE PATHOLOGY REPORT BACK. PLACED HER ON A DRUG SPECIFICALLY TOLD TO ME BY THE REP AT ATOPICA* (the medicine she was placed on) THST THIS MEDICATION WAS STRICKLY NOT TO BE GIVING TO DOGS WITH CANCER SPECIFICALLY LYMPHOMIA. WHEN I CALLED THE VET THE SECOND TIME I WAS TOLD BY NOAH, THE VET, THAT IF I CALLED AGAIN HE WOULDNT COME TO THE PHONE. I SEE ON GOOGLE REVIEWS HE HAS RECENTLY KILLED ANOTHER YOUNG LADYS DOG, ALMOST THE SAME WAY. THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE STRIPPED OF HIS LICENSE. KELLY THE MANAGER REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE VIDEOS FROM THAT DAY AND SAID THEY WERE UNAVAILABLE. MY DOG WAS HURT BAD IN THE BACK AND FINISHED WITH MEDICATION. DONT COME HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG. PICTURED BELOW IS OUR BEAUTIFUL DOG BEFORE SHE WENT BACK AND AFTER SHE CAME BACK COMPLETELY HURT. HIS BIO SAYS HE BECAME A VET BECAUSE HE FELT HELPLESS ONCE BEING TOLD HIS DOG WAS GOING TO DIE.. NOW HES DOING IT TO OTHERS!! HES SICK! Don't even bother responding now. Thanks for the heartache.

This is the Best Vet in Town! A one stop shop of all your animal needs. My bulldog had an eye ulcer that would not heal after several visits to another vet and was told he need to go to an eye specialist. We went to Animal Medical Hospital of Frisco and Dr. Bedoya took care of the ulcer with eye medication. The vets and their team are very professional and knowledgeable. 5 Star Service at a reasonable price.

We have been going to Animal Medical & Surgical of Frisco for years because they really care about our sweet fur babies! Our youngest decided to eat a big chunk of a blanket (on a Saturday no less), we brought her in and they took excellent care of her. By the afternoon she was on her way back to good health again, I appreciate the follow up from Dr Bedoya checking in on her as well. The vet techs are also amazing as they also go above and beyond to make sure I understood all the post op instructions and had the food our girl needed for her recovery. I am always recommending them to everyone with a pet, they’ve been with us through so many seasons our dogs have been through. I cannot say enough good things about them!

Dr. Carl Curtis was so caring and attentive throughout my cat Cotton’s hospitalization. He personally followed up and made sure I understood everything, and was always there to help with any questions. I really appreciate the compassion and support from Dr. Curtis and the whole team — they were wonderful! I’d highly recommend their care and professionalism.
