Grease Monkey

I had a flat on the way to work this morning. I pulled into the Grease monkeys parking lot. I was waiting for my help to come and this nice young man come and asked me if I needed help. I thanked him but told him it was the tire. He let me know that he also did tires. Long story short-Thank God I pulled into that parking lot. The manager was that nice young man. He got me up and running again at a super fair price for a great tire. He kept me informed the entire time. His name is Dominic. He has won all my car repair/up keep business. This is my new "car place". They are more than just oil change. I can not say enough about him and his team. All very nice-place super clean-very professional. Go there! Thanks again for helping me instead of taking advantage of me!

Dom & Xavier really looked out for me and my vehicle today! Dealership kept pushing me to do a maintenance service on my vehicle so I thought I would stop by and let Grease Monkey handle it. Upon bringing my vehicle in, both Dom & Xavier were very honest and told me that the service was not required after running a test on my car. They have easily said nothing and taken my money and done the service but they chose to do the right thing and tell me it wasn't required. From now on if my car ever needs anything it will always be at Grease Monkey in Friendswood with Dom & Xavier. Thanks guys!👍

Found this was the only Grease Monkey opened on Sundays. I've utilized this franchise many times without issues. Rolled in mid-afternoon for a much needed oil change. Dom and his worker bee was finishing up another vehicle before me. Good way to observe before they brought my vehicle in. They kept their pace and went through all the checks with that first vehicle. When they were finished, they brought my vehicle in. Very efficient and very reasonable priced. No up-selling just recommendations.

Service was phenomenal and Jay was so friendly. They are very knowledgeable. The prices are great but the military discount made the service even better. This is now my go to place to get my car serviced.

Today was a great visit to Grease Monkey in Friendswood. It was also typical of the type of service I have come to expect from this business. Xavier was professional and knowledgeable. He presented my options clearly and was most welcoming. I definitely plan on returning in the future. Excellent work, gentlemen.
