RV Country (Fresno)

Buying the 5th wheel was actually a good experience. I am late in writing this review since my last experience with service was Oct 2025. Since then, there is Service Mgr, Bob, who I have been working with and he is doing great things, I will give them another try since they made things right. Hey, they listened to my complaints and wanted to make things right for my past experience. So, I rated them 4 star because of that. Also, I did recently purchase a cummins generator there and was a great experience and better price than other places I called. So, now for the older post for the poor experience under the last Service Mgt that since then, they made right: I like the parts dept, great inventory and prices but had a poor service experience! As for service last year, they were all about the money and I felt like I was bothering them. Too many things to explain, but the first time I called to make appt, he said you must be ontime or we charge you. So I was ontime, had to wait 45min, you can hardly see them behind the counter hiding behind large monitors. Every warranty issue was a battle and cannot write a book on. Oh, and they ruined my 2-1yr old batteries by not using the disconnect I instructed and let them go all the way dead...twice! With all that said, I would still give them another shot since they heard me out and were flexible to make things right again, which I appreciate.

The service department staff members are definitely the bright spot at RV Country. From dropping off to picking up our trailer it felt as if they were always very friendly and knowledgeable. I have had Jillian as my service advisor multiple times and she has been nothing but outstanding. From explaining everything to make sure I understand it, to pursuing every dealership and manufacturer warranty, I always felt like she was doing everything possible to make sure that any issues were taken care of. Big thanks to the service department for all the hard work!

I had such a great experience with the service department at RV Country! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure everything was done right the first time. What really stood out was their attention to detail and how much they genuinely cared about making sure my RV was safe and road-ready. They took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed, which I truly appreciated. It’s hard to find service like this these days—honest, efficient, and reliable. Sales people and the assigned staff who review the RV with new buyers were great! We had a bit of issue since our assigned person was double booked and we had a sub who was less informed and not as thorough as the other person would have been. We also gave the dealer two weeks to prepare for our pick up of the vehicle, but there were still quite a few issues that appeared during our walk through and orientation. As it stands, parts need to be mailed to us and we have to figure out some means of getting the repairs done (our home is 3500 miles away from the CA dealer.). Having said that, we DO love our new RV!

I purchased my 2025 grand design momentum toy hauler from RV Country and have been extremely happy with the quality of service they provide. When you buy an RV things do come up and repairs are needed, the way it is handled with customer service is the most important part. The level of service is better than any I have ever received on any of my RVs. Bob and the entire team, including Freddy, try to do the very best they can for their customers and it shows. Their transparency and effort is what keeps me coming back and believing in their work. HUGE shout out to RV Country service dept!! Thank you guys!!!

Our service tech Freddy was very friendly and helpful during some warranty issues we were having with our new trailer. He kept us informed all along the process. Very happy with the service.

June 2026 Update: Just a suggestion for any future customers...do NOT under any circumstances take possession of a new RV unless EVERYTHING is in working order. We accepted possession of a brand new rig that had received only a cursory review by RV Country personnel. When we found some issues during our final walk-through (broken/missing window latches, broken door latch, cracked window seals, damaged/stained door fronts) we were told they didn't have adequate time to order the replacement parts before our pickup date (which they would have had, had they examined the rig when we purchased it rather than waiting weeks later until the day before our pickup date). The plan was to send us the parts and we would have to take it to another local RV service company to have the repairs done under warranty. Now we are told that they are not sending us the new parts and we cannot get this done locally and Grand Design will not cover it. Not the best customer experience unfortunately.... This is an update from my post from a couple of days ago. While traveling home we experienced a zone 1 air conditioning failure (blowing only hot air while we were in DEATH VALLEY, no less) and a gas tank that only allowed gas to be pumped as a trickle. (We only managed to get half a tank at most after pumping for 30+ minutes.) I contacted the Fresno RV Country where we purchased our rig and also found one in Flagstaff, AZ where we were going to be heading. Here’s a big shoutout to Bob Douglas in Fresno for coordinating our repair in Flagstaff. He emailed the service manager there and called, letting Jason know when we’d be there and what the issues were. Service staff in Flagstaff were outstanding, getting us in right away when they opened and efficiently fixing what was not working. Climate control is now functioning properly and once the fuel vent lines were fixed it took under 10 minutes to fill BOTH gas tanks and DEF tank. Thank you RV Country!! And thank you, Bob, for the follow up and care in setting us up with a local service area in Maine should it be needed!

We were on a RV Roadtrip, and my husband lost his tool for the towing bar. We were passing by this place and he called & the parts department said they had it. This place is huge and the staff were nice. It was great that they had the specific tool that my husband needed.
