Wow! I never do reviews but I must for Vick’s. I came in today February 9 I called them this morning and I asked if I could come in for 2 rear stud replacements and immediately was treated with kindness, and I knew by the call, I was in great hands. I drove in and Ralph greeted me and took my car in. Fabian, was great and so well spoken. I was stressed and he reassured me that everything was going to be okay, he took me step by step on how everything was going and even though I was there for a little while I was so calm. They not only did a replacement with my stud but their was 3 other issues with my car and they were more than happy to help me.. I have to say this deserves more than just 5 stars. This is the best, and I mean the best auto shop I’ve been to. If you think they can’t fix something, they can! Thank you so much to Vick’s for accommodating me today and a special shoutout to Fabian and Ralph for being so sweet and generous.

This place is the TRUTH! Never before have I experienced a true 5 star rated business to actually exist and execute at the highest level! Vish, Fabian and Ralph were like the A-Team! They installed the parts in record time and treated you with respect, warmth and professionalism that was refreshing. The price was very reasonable but the way they made you feel was like family! They have a customer for life! Thank you for being complete gentleman in an industry that is riddled with opportunists who take advantage of people in vulnerable situations. I previously took my RAV4 to Vicks Auto for bodywork. At the time, I worked with a manager who was informative, professional, and very helpful. I was originally quoted around $1,400, but when I picked up the vehicle, the final bill came out to approximately $2,200. Although I was disappointed by the unexpected increase, the quality of the work initially seemed good, and the manager tried to make up for the inconvenience by offering a complimentary detail service. More recently, I attempted to return for additional service and noticed a major decline in professionalism and customer service after a staff change. Communication was slow, and the overall experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. I also later learned from the original manager—who is now working elsewhere—that some of the bodywork may have been outsourced off-site, with vehicles being driven long distances for repairs. That raised serious concerns for me regarding transparency and how customer vehicles are handled. What made the situation even more concerning was seeing the owner deny these accusations entirely. Thankfully, I was able to obtain proof supporting what I was told and experienced. Based on my recent experiences, I would not recommend this shop. Customers deserve honest pricing, professional communication, and full transparency about where and how repairs are being performed. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I can't say enough great things about Vick Auto Repair! When I was in a bind, they were the only shop willing to take a look at my car — and not only did they fit me in, they resolved the issue the same day. That kind of dedication is rare and truly appreciated. The team clearly knows their stuff. You can tell you're in the hands of real experts who take pride in their work. I left feeling confident my car was in great shape, and the whole experience was stress-free from start to finish. I had just left work after doing a midnight shift when I noticed air was leaking from the valve portion of my tire. I called up Vick's, they told me they could get it done asap for me. The staff was extremely professional. Price was reasonable and they completed the job quick. I was back on the road in about 15 mins. Thanks for the great service!

Usually my husband took my car to his friend's repair shop to do oil change, today I stopped by to the Vick Auto Repair. They are professional, friendly and the price is reasonable. I'm very impressed by their excellent customer service and professionalism. I will definitely come back for any service and maintenance job I need in the future. Thank you!

I brought my vehicle to Vick Auto Shop and I couldn’t be more grateful for the professionalism and outstanding service I received. Ralph provided the kind of customer service that every repair shop should strive for — honest, respectful, knowledgeable, and truly caring about his customers. The entire service staff went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe and road-ready for my return trip back to Maryland/Virginia. They replaced my radiator, thermostat, upper and lower hoses, and also performed a thorough inspection to make sure everything else was in good condition before I got back on the road. It’s hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, especially when you’re from out of state, but Ralph and his team made me feel confident and taken care of from start to finish. Thank you again for the excellent work, communication, and hospitality. You have officially become my out-of-state mechanic from this point forward. Highly recommended!

Great place to get service for my car! Personnel exceptional, above and beyond. All knowledgeable and able to explain in simple terms to me :D All very kind to all costumers around, as well as through phone calls. Kudos to Fabian who was so nice, helpful, and had great music 🤟🏼 Certainly coming back
