I’m a long time resident and the leasing manager Ms. Elizabeth Abbott is exceptional!
She is always able to answer any questions regarding existing lease or help with a lease renewal. She is very professional and always answers emails promptly. She was also willing to help me numerous times with some other non lease related issues that I encountered in a timely manner , while always being very kind and polite. Her presence in the office makes living experience enjoyable.
I’ve lived at The Green @ 9 & 90 for a little over a year now and recently renewed my lease, and I can honestly say Steve and Donovan have made my experience here amazing.
From the very beginning, Steve made my move-in process quick, easy, and stress-free. He even took the time to give me recommendations for renters insurance, which I really appreciated. Anytime I call and leave a message specifically for Steve, he gets things done right away.
Donovan is equally amazing — he has such a great personality and is always quick to help with any concerns I may have. Beyond that, both Steve and Donovan make the community feel welcoming and personal. We’ve even shared little moments talking about vacations and showing pictures/videos from our trips, which makes living here feel more like home.
It’s rare to come across management staff that are both professional and genuinely caring, but they truly are. Thank you both for making my experience at The Green @ 9 & 90 such a positive one!
Do you like elevators that work? Do you like hallways that smell nice? Do you like packages being safe? Well if you do then don't move here. Our elevators and trash chutes have been broken for months and the management keeps deleting maintenance requests For nearly 1800$ a month for a studio you'd think they could afford to fix their elevators so disabled/sick residents could access their apartments better. It's utterly disgraceful. And no amount of friendly staff will fix these issues. I will amend my review IF these issues get permanently fixed
Living at The Green at 9&90 has been a wonderful experience, especially when I compare it to my initial days here. The improvements in customer service have truly made a difference.
When I first moved in, there were a few hiccups and challenges, but I’m pleased to say that the management has really stepped up their game. Amy, in particular, has been a standout. She is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. No matter the issue, I can count on her to answer the phone and address my concerns promptly.
The atmosphere here is welcoming, and the staff’s dedication to making residents feel valued is evident. The complex itself is well-maintained, with amenities that enhance the living experience.
Overall, I highly recommend The Green for anyone looking for a great place to live. The combination of a friendly community and responsive staff makes it a top choice!
This is a good place to live. Anytime sometime goes wrong in my apartment, I sent an email and the facility department always do their best to ensure my issues are resolved. Don't be afraid to reach to to the leasing office.

I want to give special credit to Kayla for her excellent work. She is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond when residents need assistance. It’s clear she truly cares about doing a great job.

Donovan was a great help. Very explanatory with the tour and very informative. He showed us everything we asked and more. Couldn’t have asked for a better person
I went to the office. The service was slow. That day, I had to bring my 7-year-old son along. In the waiting room, there was another mother with a child the same age as mine. The wait was long, so the children got tired and started playing together, laughing. A Spanish-speaking woman working at the office was very rude; she said—in Spanish—that the place was no place for children. She directed her comments solely at me, speaking in Spanish so that the other mother, who was American, wouldn't understand. I felt disrespected. She was xenophobic. I cannot understand how someone who has no patience with children can work in a place frequented by so many children.
