Union Bar & Soda Fountain

First time at The Union Bar and we were delighted to be there. Really nice place with a large patio to enjoy. Nice bar for mature audience and great conversation. Food was delicious though my wife and I shared the cheeseburger meal. The drinks were nice and my shake delicious though pricey. Our server was delightful and engaging to our needs. Highly recommend stopping by. A5⭐️experience!

I'm super excited that The Union has a clearly marked vegan menu and innovative items, not the usual lazy options. The Bangin' Cauliflower was on point! Crisp but not over battered. No need for any additional sauces. Rice was spot on. I will definitely try all the vegan options here!

I loved the service because the waitress her name was Helen was so nice to my kid because I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and after the food got delivered by the nice waitress we started eating and the food was so good and my kid was eating upsi down and it was so good and there is a photo of him in the photos. And it started to have little gusts of wind but it was still fun and it was beautiful. And Helen was also so nice because after dinner we were getting desert and the waitress Helen said that if 1 kid did not want an ice cream sundae she would come back out with another ice cream sundae.

Happened upon this place on our drive back from Wyoming to Denver. It was so appealing from the street with a huge open space and amazingly lit. We dined on a Monday and it was not super busy the menu was appealing and cocktail and nonalcoholic drinks looked amazing I mean a Ton of mouthwatering cocktails and mocktails including milkshakes and boozy milkshakes the variety is pretty impressive! My husband and I both enjoyed our drinks and would go back To enjoy more of the cocktail/mocktail menus. The food was decent. I got the Mac and cheese- should have opted for the larger size and the bowl was small but it was decent and packed with flavor. My husband’s burger was decent also fries could have used some salt but they were shoestring sooo 10/10 for that and our condiments never came -oversight on the servers end but all in all we will dine at Union again. Had a chance to chat to Ty the owner who takes great pride in his establishment and his staff. Worth a visit to this amazing locally owned restaurant!

Very cool place. They have TVs and bar counter seating, and tables for groups. Sat at the bar on a Thursday night, they had college and major league baseball on. Got the Monte Cristo Sandwich (deep-fried) and a few mixed drinks. Very creative bartenders, it was nice ordering any drink other bars can't make. Drinks on the menu were made very nice as well. Huckleberry Rose in the copper mug, tasty 😋 The atmosphere was moderate meets homey. Definitely have that attention to detail, they're tasteful, and the price reflects that. 8.5/10 for me.

Stopped in while visiting my daughter at CSU for early dinner. The food and outdoor seating was perfect! I'll be back!

I came in today with my family for a little 4th of July lunch. Leah was our server, and we couldn’t stop talking about how great she was. She was so happy and was so patient with all of us. The food was amazing, and we loved the outdoor seating! We will definitely be back, and we all hope Leah is there when we come back!

This was a fun little stop while we were in Fort Collins. The soda was really good — which you’d definitely hope for, and it didn’t disappoint. The food was decent, nothing over-the-top, but solid enough for a quick bite. Service was friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe of the place was cute and upbeat. Not a ton of standout details, but it’s a pleasant, fun place to swing by if you’re in the area.
