Dental Made Easy - Forest Hills

This was my first time at dental made easy and I have to say I had such a great experience with Loriana during my visit. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring from start to finish. I had quite a few questions, and she took the time to answer each one clearly and thoughtfully, which really helped put me at ease. It’s not always easy to feel comfortable at the dentist, but her friendly attitude and professionalism made a big difference. I truly appreciate the level of care she provided and would highly recommend this office because of staff like her.

I was very hesitant and getting my implants done. I got my top and bottom all on X done by Dr. Roman at Dental made easy. I was very happy. It was easy. I had my temporary the same day. I am very happy with the outcome and I recommend everyone to come here for their dental implants.

It took some time to leave this review but I feel like this is an ongoing situation and needs to be resolved. Very disappointing experience overall with this dental office. The organization and communication did not feel professional, appointments felt rushed, and the atmosphere was often tense rather than welcoming. My interactions with Elisamy were especially negative, as her management style came across as unprofessional and at times rude, which affected the overall experience. I do want to recognize Lorraina whose communication skills are superb. She was professional, calm, and helped diffuse the situation in a way that made me feel comfortable and respected. Her approach made a big difference and is the reason why I felt confident returning to finish treatment. ( I will not be returning as I finished my treatment and plan has ended) I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving leadership and overall patient experience.

I experienced a broken filling right before my vacation. Was scheduled and seen immediately. Dr. Roman was great at communicating my issues, listened to me and was sensitive to my concerns. Treatment was quick and painless. Office staff was also freindly and great. Thank you all! Highly recommend.

I was looking for a dentist to get all of my four wisdom teeth taken out. I found this office in Google and I’m glad I came in. They took me the same day. They were very attentive. I was seen by Dr. Roman. He pulled all four of my wisdom teeth out in less than 20 minutes and I feel great. I’m glad I found this Office. I also want to mention the staff was amazing especially Kimberly and Eli who went above and beyond to help me. Thank you

I was quite satisfied with the scheduling process, the smooth entry into the building, and the professionalism of the dentist I met. However, I did encounter some concerns. It was disappointing to learn that the suggested nighttime tooth guard was not covered by my insurance. Additionally, I had to pay out of pocket for some fillings since my insurance only covered 80%, according to a member of your staff. Overall, I would rate my satisfaction as 50 out of 100.

Second time here an amazing experience ! Was a pleasure working with elisamy the receptionist. My dentist was amazing as well didn’t feel a thing! Great place I recommend it ! Thanks

Dr. Milana was amazing! I was here because my veneer had came off. She understood patiently and carefully what was my needs and did what was best for me. The whole team was welcoming, warm and made me feel so comfortable. Wait time was very minimum . Thank you to the whole team ❤️
