Came into the sell some new and used pair of sneakers. Employees were very helpful and gave me a fair market value for all my sneakers. They give you a little more store credit also instead cash. Great experience overall and they have a huge selection of sneakers to chose from.

Bought a pair of Nike GT TURBO FUTURES and they wouldn't let me send them back for a refund. The shoes make my right toes sore after a while wearing them. I bought them in my size and never wore them outside. So they still look brand new and still have the inspection tag. I know I read the return policy was 30 days. But when I called them, the manager said all sales are "final". But the description didn't say "final" I guess I'm stuck with them. Buyer be ware!!! Make sure you can return the shoes before you buy!!!

Image is my absolute favorite sneaker store. Located conveniently on Main Street and near almost every highway, it's so easy to get to. They carry a large selection of shoes in all sizes and the workers are super helpful. I could not recommend this place more. I even get my sneakers cleaned here whenever I need and their service is impeccable!

Not leaving one star. Will rate them once I receive my shoes has anybody ordered shoes off-line from here? Would like to know how long it took and was the shoes brand new in the box Since they don’t sell you shoes online
