Fair pricing and very professional work. When replacing my tires, they not only took care of the wheels carefully, but also replaced my TPMS sensor and a few lug nuts for free. The attention to detail was excellent, and you can really tell this is an honest old-school shop that cares about its reputation. They treated me with kindness even when I was on a tight budget, and I truly appreciated that. Finding this shop honestly felt like good luck for me. I’ll definitely come back and I’ve already recommended them to my friends.

This shop is incredibly reliable and truly puts the customer first. Highly recommended! I have extreme light sensitivity due to a lasik eye surgery and carry a Tint Exemption sticker. Unlike other places that give you a hard time, they took one look, understood immediately, and didn't ask a single unnecessary question. The technician was also extremely thoughtful—instead of just slapping the inspection sticker directly onto the glass (which would have ruined my tint), they came to inform me first. I’ve found my go-to shop. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future car needs!

I've brought my 2007 Toyota Highlander Hybrid here once for check engine light which they figured out right quick and most recently for routine maintenance with tire rotation and AC fix. On the last visit, there was an incidental finding of leaking struts (which probably explained the somewhat rough ride I've been feeling lately when going over bumps and the crazy potholes across the city and had chalked up to being in a near 20-year old car). I was called about the issue and really appreciated that they wanted me to know what it would cost before I give them the go ahead. I thought the price was reasonable and they were able to get everything done on the same day. Needless to say the ride no longer feels like a car approaching 180,000 miles and it will hopefully continue to get a few more years and miles to it. They are a great bunch of folks there who provide great service with reasonable prices and with whom I can trust for my car needs.

I want to give a special thank you to the wonderful woman in the office at Great Bear Auto. My elderly mother was stuck in a parking lot next to the body shop building because her car wouldn’t move, even though the engine was running. She was scared and didn’t know what to do. The woman in the office was so kind and immediately asked and sent someone korean technicians to help her. It turned out that the emergency brake was on, so it was a simple fix. Thanks to her quick response and thoughtfulness, Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and excellent customer service. We truly appreciate that you sent someone to help my mom when she needed it most. You made a stressful situation so much easier for our family.
