Cathedral Cafe

This place is in downtown. So no dedicated parking. We went on a public holiday so we got curbside parking easily. We had booked our table in advance and were told that there is 45 to 1hr wait time. We anyways had an hour drive from our home to this place. They said they will be anble to hold the table for 10mins. Glad we reserved ahead as there was good rush and we reached right on time. You need to get a table first - go to the counter to place the order and pay - will be given an order number to be kept on table. Waitress will bring your food to the table. There is a separate counter to pick the drinks where your order number be called. Loved the ambience and food. There is a gift shop on the 2nd floor where you can purchase gifts. There is outdoor seating area available but we couldnt use as it was raining. Would recommend.

Absolutely loved stopping here! We were staying at an Airbnb in Fayetteville and stopped here on a Sunday for breakfast. Definitely a smaller space so make sure you put your name in. You order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. They have a cool gift shop upstairs as well. Food and coffee were as good as the vibes!

Cool place! Love the windows! My latte was amazing but my husband wasn't a fan of his hot coffee (either not enough milk or the flavor he got 🤷🏻‍♀️). Food was AMAZING! I had a French toast croissants and omg so freaking gooooood! My husband couldn't stop talking about his breakfast sandwich. All the workers were so friendly and sweet. I definitely recommend coming here! You do need to order at the front and they will serve you at your table.

Cathedral Cafe in West Virginia is such a cool and unique spot! The ambiance really stands out, especially with the beautiful stained glass windows that give the place a lot of character and charm. I also appreciated that they had several vegan options on the menu. I ordered the tofu scramble with veggie sausage, and it was a solid, satisfying meal. It’s always nice to find a place with good plant-based choices, especially while traveling. Great atmosphere, good food, and a very memorable cafe experience—definitely worth stopping by!

Great service and food. Visited on a snowy Saturday, the staff was really kind and attentive. We ordered the pancakes, yogurt bowl, and corned beef hash. Pancakes were so fluffy and flavorful. Corned beef was the perfect portion size and super satisfying. Interior of the restaurant was really stunning. I'd definitely recommend it

The Cathedral Café has been my go-to spot for breakfast in fayetteville for as long as I can remember. The vibes are immaculate, the food is delicious and the coffee makes even a non-coffee drinker’s mouth water. I love this cool, quirky place.

This little place is a gem in the heart of Fayetteville! On every trip I always seek out the local coffee shops and this one did not disappoint. The bacon, egg and cheese bagel was great as well as the salted caramel latte, I also got a side of mixed berries and they were the best blackberries! The vibe is very cozy and the beautiful cathedral windows are mesmerizing to look at while you enjoy your dine in experience. The shop has plenty to see and a little shopping area with lots of fun things to buy. I didn’t get my servers name but she was very sweet and attentive and even went out of her way to make me an iced blueberry pancake latte to go that was seasonal and not on the menu anymore. I highly recommend for your breakfast/lunch plans if you’re visiting or local to the area!

Not a disabled friendly place. There are stairs to get into the building. The parking is street parking. If you can't find a spot to park, then be prepared to walk to eat here. The food is good. But they were out of the items I wanted: cinnamon rolls and carrot cake. The service is hit or miss. I was scolded by the staff across the room for trying to find a seat and then order at the register. Instead, I should have been warmly greeted at the door and told that their is a wait list for tables by a host. The host seemed to be stressed out and busing tables which should be another person's job. They seemed to need more staff working or to split up the jobs differently. I ended up getting my food to go to avoid bothering anyone and ate in my car.
