Zap Zone - Farmington

I just had to share how incredibly special our family outing to Zap Zone was. Going on a Friday, I braced myself for chaotic crowds, but it was surprisingly peaceful and not packed at all. On top of that, we were blessed with an amazing deal on a season pass $60 per child, which felt like the perfect bonus to start our weekend. They are currently remodeling the eating area, and one of the slides is temporarily closed. The warmth and care we experienced from the staff more than made up for it. Our blessing of our day and the reason we will return , staff member named Paris at the go karts. I have children under 8 who were terrified and so nervous to try driving. Paris didn’t just do his job; he showed true kindness. He knelt down, looked them in the eye, and gently explained how it worked (just one pedal to press for gas, and lift up to stop). He encouraged them so beautifully and patiently talked them through three separate rides until their fear turned into pure joy. Seeing my kids gain that kind of confidence because a stranger took the time to care completely melted my heart. Afterward, they had a blast running around the arcade and playing laser tag. There were a couple of tears at the very end when my little one realized they didn't have enough tickets for the prize they had their eye on, but that’s just part of the arcade adventure! Thank you, Zap Zone, and a massive thank you to Paris for making our family day so unforgettable. We can’t wait to use our season passes and see the new remodel when it’s finished!

This spot is extremely nice and very fun. It gives off Dave and Buster type vibes but slightly smaller. We’ve been here a few times and it’s nicely remodeled. The customer service is excellent. Also came here for a field trip and RICK (Heyyyyy) was so nice and patient. We had a large group but he was very accommodating. Highly recommend this for a fun time out with kids or even with a group of adults they are building a bar inside that will be open soon. Thank you again Rick !!!!!!

This place is exactly what is needed for people from out of town! They have almost everything in one place. Go carts, arcades, bumper cars, mini golf and an escape room. The place is very clean as enjoyable for the whole family. They are building a new restaurant and bar! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Special thanks to Devin and his whole team for taking great care of us!!!!

The people there were super kind and helpful. I went with a big group of friends and we had a lot of fun. We played like 5 games of laser tag with so many different variants like Ghost busters and Michael Mires. the arcade also had so much like vr and large interactive games. I highly recommend this place.

I love Zap Zone Farmington! My class comes every year for a spring activity and we have a wonderful experience every time. The staff is friendly, everything is clean, and the vibe is fun! They have added a new entry area, a bull to ride, and soon will be adding a restaurant as well. Great job, Zap Zone! We will be coming again soon!

We're a family practice clinic and we go to zap zone for team building exercises. Or, just to battle out our office conflicts in laser tag. This place has the best laser tag arena in the state hands down. I've never seen anywhere better than this zap zone. Even since our last visit they've been adding new technology, new games, particularly VR and AR games. There's all kinds of cool stuff here besides that, go-karts, glow mini golf, even a mechanical bull! Currently they're under construction building a restaurant and bar. If you haven't been here in a while it's worth a trip back. It's been upgraded a ton since the last time we were here. Had a great time even though we got killed by Darth Vader in laser tag! Go on Tuesdays for half price!

By far the best arcade Ive been to! It was an exceptional price for unlimited attractions and an hour of arcade games. We had so much fun, there was amazing food and service!

Absolutely phenomenal service is literally an understatement for the team here. They are passionate, kind, are the epitome of how exemplified customer service should be, have a great sense of humor, and literally strive for all of their customers to leave with joy (and we do). Special thank you to Damien who also assisted us prior to and throughout my niece's party last year, Lil (she is literally a radiant light & is so very helpful), Tommie (who jumped right in to assist with our needs), Tyler (who made the Adventure Park lively and secure).
