I bought the perfect car here, thanks to Sam Rajab. I spent about 8 months searching for a Lexus NX 350h, which if you've looked, you know are hard to come by right now. I was honestly so worn down because every other dealer I worked with had something that just kept preventing me from moving forward. It was frustrating and I genuinely started wondering if I'd ever find the right car. Then I found Stoler Lexus, and the internet sales team connected me with Sam. He called me almost immediately after I sent an inquiry, answered all my questions, and was fair with me when I told him I was on a budget. He's professional, kind, efficient, and most importantly trustworthy, the kind of salesperson you hope to find but rarely actually do. Since the NX 350h is in such high demand right now, he moved fast so I wouldn't miss out, and the whole process (which was less than a week, btw) was smooth from start to finish. He delivered the car in mint condition exactly like he said he would, and made sure I was 100% happy. The other staff and managers there were great too, very friendly and easy to work with. I'd worked with a few other Lexus dealers in New York during my search and this was by far the best experience I had. I'm so happy with how everything went. I'd go back to Sam in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone looking for a Lexus.

Sales person Mr. Mohammad and Mr. Wali provided exceptional customer service and made my purchase experience a smooth transition. Mr. Wali helped select the car and provided all the details that best fit my needs. Due to my busy schedule I wasn’t able to keep my prior test drive appointment and the day of, I arrived late in the afternoon without an appointment to test drive the vehicle that was inside the showroom. Without hesitation the gentlemen got the car out in a timely manner ready for a test drive. Loan approval seemed almost impossible as most banks are out of state and close by 5pm but the finance officer Mr. Craig Miller at Lexus Stoler didn’t hesitate or showed any displeasure and got right to it. All documents were explained patiently and copies were provided via secured connection emails. Getting the vehicle registered and insured was also a walk in the park. Mr. Mohammad showed patience and compassion and walked me through all the steps with Geico representative on the line. Compare to other dealerships I was working with, by far Lexus Stoler takes the lead in every aspect. Mr. Mohammad even volunteered to drive the vehicle to my home at no extra cost as I already had my personal vehicle parked at the dealership. Lexus Stoler made a business vehicle purchase an easy process and I am very pleased with my overall experience. Highly recommend Lexus Stoler for purchasing a new vehicle even certified used vehicle because they are an honest, reliable and trustworthy dealership! Thanks to Gabriella who is literally an angel on this earth, she helped my mom and I find my beautiful new car. From the moment I met her it was a warm welcoming and she was so sweet and supportive and understanding and helpful. She didn’t rush us she took her time and was extremely helpful throughout my whole process. Burt from Stoler Lexus was an exceptional sales representative. Although my vehicle was not available at the time, he was able to secure exactly what I requested. The process took about two weeks, which was significantly faster than another dealership I had previously visited. Prior to coming to Stoler, I went to Lexus of Freeport and placed a down payment. A co-worker of mine, who had purchased her vehicle from Stoler, recommended that I check them out and I’m glad I did. I told Burt exactly what I wanted, including the trim and interior/exterior colors. He assured me he could get the vehicle faster than the other dealership and offer a better price with all the features I was looking for and he delivered. My vehicle arrived before the one I had originally ordered elsewhere, which made my decision easy. I also want to recognize Mr. Bell in finance. He was exceptional as well, extremely patient and professional throughout the process. I asked many questions and needed reassurance, and although he explained everything clearly, I still had my doubts. He remained calm, thorough, and respectful the entire time, which I truly appreciated. I know he probably wanted to take my neck off. His customer service skills are exceptional. Overall, my experience was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend Stoler 10 out of 10.

Great buying experience. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was helpful and professional. Our salesman, Bert Hall, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in.
