I had an outstanding experience thanks to one of the employees. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Instead of rushing the process, they explained the different products, effects, and recommendations in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel confident in my purchase.

NEA has been my go to spot since they opened their doors. The selections are amazing and top tier, along with their customer service. Today I had Samurai she was so lovely and helpful!! This place hires a great staff I really enjoy seeing those familiar faces on a weekly basis ! Not only do they have the best of the best for flower they know how to give back to their customers like myself with point system, spin the wheel days, and their constant specials they have it's unbeatable! Bryce was awesome! He helped me out with everything I needed and made the whole experience super easy. He was very kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I’ve been here many times, but this was my first time meeting him, and he definitely stood out. Great customer service. I’ll be hoping to see him again next time!
Coming to this dispensary since 2020 I love the staff here they’re kind they’re considerate they always make time for you. I never feel hurried off. I’ve always gotten the best advice great humor all around even when pandemic happened. They were organized and were great people to be around last time I went. I had the Legna. She was so sweet and so helpful. I had an issue with my card. Had to go back the next day and once again we met up and she remembered exactly what I had said great person. I’m so glad she’s there. Best deals in Southern Mass and better than anything in Rhode Island. Pretty good selection, usually rotating. I like the ounce bar. The bud tenders and helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. It is always a treat to see Shelly as she gives me great recommendations
