Tate and his team were awesome! They were fairly priced, detailed and completed the job in one day. Structured was on time and very communicative. They walked the job with me and kept me informed as they went. They were done in about 3 hours. They installed 9 footings and supports along with installing foam to fill the void created. Everyone associated with them has been very professional. Ben, the analyst came out on Memorial Day to check the pool deck that has started moving. They are very professional and courteous. I would recommend them if you need foundation work.

Structured did an excellent job of repairing our foundation. The crew was efficient and well trained for the job as well as being pleasant. The crew supervisor took interim measurements to ensure they were adjusting the slab per the engineering specifications. Their follow up checks used a structural engineer to do a final report and their plumber checked for water leaks. All was good. We considered the cost to be fair.

These guys are unbelievably professional. They always show up when planned.I had them dig French Drains around my house. Our wooden floors are soft and bulging, the sure sign of too much moisture under the house. This is a big, serious deal! They have to dig up all sorts of things they find in the way that weren't anticipated. It was in 2 phases. 1st they dug the trenches and connected them up so as to dump the (rain) water to the street. Then, in my case, they carved six vents (holes) thru the brick and into the crawl space under house. This is for the final phase of a huge blower under the house, which will drive air over the wet dirt and thru vents to outside. Here's what I'm REALLY impressed with: Each phase they sent out a HUGE team. 10-15 people, who worked together flawlessly and got it all done that day. They're like little city. - Jack R.
