While the Dr. & her assistant were professional & attentive, the front office staff were apathetic & Somewhat indifferent and borderline rude. Tough to get their attention and difficult to communicate and inquire about the schedule, payment, etc
The doctors, medical assistants and nurses are all extremely helpful, kind and caring. They explain each step and make sure you’re comfortable with each step and process of treatment.
We like Gary Vanetsky a lot. He has a nice manner with my son and myself and provides great care.
Be careful of their automated appointment text reminders. I was sent a wrong updated appointment pushed back a half hour, which I was okay with, but got a call saying I was late to my appointment when I was just going off their system. When I asked the receptionist what’s going on I was told “it’s just our automated system”. But she acted like nothing was going to be done to fix the problem. I pay a lot out of pocket to potentially lose/miss an appointment while having to get work scheduled accordingly, taking time from work and miss pay.
Dr. Julie and team are fantastic. Very upbeat, positive, knowledgeable, compassionate, etc. It’s always a collaborative discussion with Dr. Julie during my appointments which I really appreciate. She has the best personality!
Reese and Gary took such good care of me yesterday, shaving growths from my body. Practically painless and quick. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Good “bedside” manners and personalities too!
Great service! Allison Smith, PA-C has a phenomenal touch when it comes to biopsy’s. Highly recommend her; she has a wonderful bedside manner!!
My PA was not focused on skin. She kept mentioning COVID- I counted about 8 times. I asked to reschedule for a focused skin check and to address my main skin concern of a changing lesion- that was not addressed. And when I brought it up at the end of the exam, it was not focused on or asked about any changes. I asked to make another appointment and hope this one is better, if not I will change locations.
