Sending a sincere Thank You for the outstanding service and care that my dog Dierks received this past week at Pet Evolution (Eden Prairie, MN) <3 They took such wonderful care of him from the time we entered and throughout his grooming appointment. Each employee I interacted with was kind and courteous. The staff even helped me pick out some new treats for him! We were from out of state on a road trip, but if we are ever back in the area again, we will definitely make another appointment! Dierks, Medically Retired this past year from Search & Rescue K9 work due to his cancer diagnosis that required limb amputation. Being a tripod dog, and a Bloodhound, it is hard to find dog grooming in my area back home that will take him as a client without additional fees and only during certain timeframes. Making an appointment was incredibly easy and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Definitely recommend this business!

Kez takes such wonderful care of my weenie dog Texas! He had a rough first grooming appointment at another groomer, so I was nervous to have him groomed again. From his first appointment at Pet Evolution, I knew the whole staff was a cut above. He always gets lots of love when he’s there and leaves looking handsome as ever! So happy to have found such a great grooming service. 10/10 recommend!

Oh my gosh!! We brought our 55 lb. Labradoodle and 12 lb. Coton de Tulear fur babies in today to be groomed. Our dogs were a mess and after getting groomed by Helia we could not be happier. The staff was courteous and friendly. My husband met the manager Jackson who was also friendly , helpful and informative. Plus, we called yesterday and were able to get an appt within 24 hours. We are extremely happy, and our little fur babes are no longer embarrassed how they used to look. 😂 Thank you Helia and Pet Evolution of Eden Prairie. Our first time there and we will be back. If we could give them 10 stars we would. Thank you again!

My experience with pet evolution was extremely positive. They were easy to schedule and very good with confirmation. There was an open question on my order and they called to clarify. Upon pick up, they gave me an update on how the grooming session went and gave me a summary form. I was extremely pleased. Every touch point was very professional. Jess was my groomer and she did a great job!

POST UPDATE 02/2026. Kelsey is the best, she is so caring and kind. My kitty Harlow always comes home clean and looking her best. Don't think twice about booking, you're in great hands with Kelsey! ORIGINAL POST 03/2025: Thoroughly impressed!! I'll be a repeat customer for Kelsey at Pet Evolution in Eden Prairie. She was kind, thoughtful and helped me understand the best type of cat bath & cut for my long hair senior kitty, Harlow. The summary at the end of the visit is nice to have a record of what was done day of service. Anyone needing cat grooming should make sure to book with Kelsey!

Jess did a great job cutting Willows (my dog) hair! even took some time to figure out what the best type of cut would be with the weather heating up. Thanks Jess!

I wish i could rate this place as less than one star. Horrible experience. We brought in our dog to get groomed and the groomer, by her own volition said she used too close of a clipper and gave our dog an abrasion on his private parts. Why not start with a clipper that wouldn't get close to the skin? That was their mistake. He had to go to the vet, poor puppy, and we ended up with like a $400 bill. They refused to take responsibility and compensate us properly and actually BLAMED US saying our dog was "somethin else."We even contacted corporate and they also refused to take responsibility and compensate us.
