5 Stars - Consistent and Authentic! This was my third time eating here and the food is consistently excellent. Their lunch soups are always varied, fresh, and packed with that authentic Ecuadorian flavor. If you want a real taste of Ecuador that never misses the mark, this is the place to go! Visitor notes
Amazing presentation and very tasty Ecuadorian food. I have visited a few Ecuadorian restaurants and this one stands out for the quality of the food and taste. They pay a special focus on the presentation which makes dining much more enjoyable. Service is pretty friendly, parking could be a little hectic so you need to be patient until you find a spot.
Terrible experience with Uber Eats delivery. I placed an order through Uber Eats and the restaurant accepted it. Only after the pickup person arrived did they call me to say they did not have the items I ordered. Instead of canceling the order themselves, they asked me to cancel it. Because of this, Uber charged me a cancellation fee, which is completely unfair since the issue was caused by the restaurant accepting an order they could not fulfill. What made the situation even worse was the response from the manager at this location, who said they were not responsible and that I had to handle everything because they “don’t know how to manage it.” This was extremely unprofessional and a huge disappointment.
Absolutely LOVE the food! The “canastas de camarón” are my favorite, along with the breakfast “la hueca epa” and the arroz moro with carne asada, bolon pinton, guatita, I can go on. They always make you feel at home, and the food is always on point.
This place initially seemed new and inviting, but it ultimately turned out to be a major disappointment. They didn’t have crab in the soup, yet we ordered it anyway. No one came by to check if we needed anything. In the end, the server charged someone else’s meal to my boyfriend’s card. She acknowledged the mistake but didn't offer a complimentary drink for the poor service. Bad place, never again.
I'm a chef and this is my first time in this place The food was delicious The service is good. The price is the same as all Ecuadorian places I will come back again. I don't review too often in any places but this time is worthy.
Have ordered 3 times from this place, 1 order out of 3 only came out correct. 3 weeks ago I ordered food and they had the Uber driver have me cancel the order of food they didn’t have instead of doing it themselves. They kept my money, tried one last time and now order comes with incorrect items and got overcharged. Overall never again worst service over the phone as well
Everything was just delicious, plentiful and with an authentic Ecuadorean flavor. Highly recommended. Owner was very attentive and so were the servers. My favorite Ecuadorean place from now on
