Crystal Springs Family Waterpark

Loved this place! We went on a high-traffic day and feel like the tram managed the demand really well. Tickets are sold in advance and they did limit capacity (I other venues keep packing people in). It was crowded but felt manageable and definitely still enjoyable. The concessions run efficiently, the restrooms are cleaned frequently, and the water spaces are coordinated well. It’s also nice to have the option to bring in food and your own chairs to be comfortable. We had a great, low-key day. We will for sure be back!

I want to give a huge thank you to Emma for her outstanding customer service. I had an issue with my tickets not going through on the portal due to a technical problem, and she immediately stepped in to help as soon as I arrived. She was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating, making the entire process quick and stress free. Emma truly went above and beyond, and I sincerely appreciate her willingness to help. Thanks to her, my family was able to enjoy the 4th of July and celebrate my son’s 3rd birthday without any added stress. Her kindness made our day even more special, and I’m so grateful for everything she did. Thank you again, Emma 😊😉

You can only purchase tickets online. The website is not user friendly it was a tedious process. The pool was crowded not much personal space and the water was dirty. Not enough chairs. The lazy river was ok. This place is best for smaller kids. Also they want you out by 5:45pm

Amazing clean small kids water park. Weekdays not so busy. Buy tickets online in advance and come early to get a shade spot under umbrellas. They sell food and drinks.

Loved this water park! They planet of spots for shades, if our of chairs you can bring your own along w food and drinks. Will definitely be returning w friends and family.

Falling under East Brunswick NJ township, this place offers swimming classes for various age groups. Each session has around 10 classes for $180 (year 2024) with some discount for EB township residents. They also offer family season pass. All tickets and pass can be purchased online or at the property. They have lots of parking 🅿️ spots. They also have kids themed swimming area. Restrooms are present at the property. Not sure if the quantity of chlorine they add in the water is within limits or not. My child has cried all night in pain because of her eyes burning. We have never had a problem like this after any of the other water parks. Never going back. Wouldn’t recommend.

The most important, tickets are only sold online, you must buy them before you go. the staff at the window, bag checkers and those at the entrance are very friendly. lines move fast, do not bring any glass containers, any weapons or alcoholic beverages, you can bring food and drinks. There are also food stand, I recommend pizzas and chicken fingers, there are beverage vending machines. The pools were clean and the staff working in the pools were very friendly. The bathrooms could be cleaner, but they are acceptable, the bathrooms have dispensers with hand soap, mirrors, a hook to hang your bag, changing rooms, changing tables for babies, there are bathrooms for men, women and family, the showers in the bathrooms don't work at the moment, they have showers outside, near the pool. I would love that one day they will increase the amount of sun umbrellas and chairs, you can bring your chairs and sun umbrellas, you can place them in the sand area. When leaving the staff said goodbye with a big smile. It was a very pleasant visit and that today Sunday, July 3, is a very busy day. Excellent job to all the team members, their uniforms were impeccable as was their service. Excellent place to go with children. 😉 👍
