Great spot for batting cages — my teen boys and husband had a blast, and the price is perfect. Be sure to bring quarters or have the parking app ready. The arcade felt expensive for the ticket payout, but we’ll be returning for the climbing wall and batting cages. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My uncle and I had a good time here!!!! This was my first time at adventure zone and I was in Duluth for visiting family. This arcade is better than any other arcades I’ve been to. The only thing that is the same about other arcades is that prizes are still small even though you earned over 300 tickets. They are good prizes, They’re just not the best. Some of the games weren’t working unlike Chuck E. Cheese where half of the games aren’t working. This is honestly a better deal. I didn’t eat there. We ate beforehand so I don’t know what the food was like. This place is clean. The price for Games is reasonable, unlike other arcades. There’s not really a lot affordable in Duluth, this is one of those places that is affordable. Whether if you’re a local or just visiting Duluth, Adventure Zone is a must visit! So overall, I would rate this arcade a 9/10. Points off for not standing out with better prizes, but having fun is all that matters!!! Please do not take my negatives as bad, that’s why I gave this place a 4/5!!! I would be willing to come here again!!!
Very disappointed in the experience. Paying for a pre-loaded pass offers essentially one arcade game. No VR included. No climbing wall included. Felt like a bait switch. The arcade is the majority of the space in this building. Essentially you just get the idea of trying a game.
The place itself is fun with a lot of activities for all ages. Very dirty though, the bounce houses are covered in dust and just filthy. There were multiple staff, all just standing at the counter talking. We walked over to get golf clubs for mini golf and I literally made eye contact with a staff who proceeded to keep talking and look the other way. So I had to walk over to the other end of the counter and ask for clubs, because apparently standing in front of them and making eye contact was no reason to come help us. Another staff pointed us towards laser tag and said to wait for the next game. No problem. Expect we walk over and wait by the door and about 2 minutes later the same staff comes over, walks around and comes out the door he told us to wait at. Between pointing us to the door and then coming to help us... he was just standing there talking. I'm honestly usually not one to complain as I have worked in service for many years but the staff just seemed to want to talk and not be bothered. We spent over 4 hours there and at any given point, there were at least 3 if not 4 staff just standing there talking. All the games were dusty and dirty, and it looked like the place hadn't been vacuumed in many many days. My kids had fun so I maybe shouldn't complain, but also dropped couple hundred dollars and felt like an inconvenience and like I was covered in dust when we left. I'd want to know these things if I owned the place 🤷♀️ We were there on 4/9/26 from from 3p until a bit after 7p
This place was nasty. Came here with my 2 young kids and honestly not surprised they both caught colds the next day. Everything was FILTHY and falling apart. Visible dirt all over inflatables. Giant hole on the bottom of one that was poorly taped over (of course the tape didn’t hold and the hole was exposed - hopefully no littles tripped over this) broken games left and right. Teenage staff swarmed around the desks stuck in their own conversations and bubbles. Definitely will not return and definitely don’t recommend!
Great variety of video games and arcade style games. Good pizza. Bouncy house and slide. Climbing wall batting cages and Lazer tag. Also a mini golf course. Good spot for a birthday party. 3 stars because they wouldn't let my 7 year old in the bounce house with her little sister because she was 1/2 inch too tall. There were other kids in there obviously taller than her. One rude staff member on a power trip almost wrecked her birthday. Other staff was nice.
We always have a fun time here with the kids and family. Some things could use some updating and a few more after school hours staff could be useful as weekdays are busy too. You can be comfortable here and there's lots to do.
Was told over the phone when booking and over the phone with the manager the morning of our party that our room was $25 and then we could add on whatever food we wanted (the morning of our party the manager said with our $25 room rental, he would throw in a pizza and pop since we had 14 adults with a couple kids) however, when our party arrived, I was told it wasn’t possible and that I’d have to buy a package. I pointed out that it was written on the note for our party that it was just a $25 room rental and they said “We have to do a party package.” At the end, I vented my frustration to the manager and all he said was “Heard.” The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and several games were broken. The cards that they forced me to buy for the package were $16.53 each and only included $2 in game play and 2 batting cage rounds. Absolute rip off. Would not recommended.
