This review is based on my overall experience with customer service and getting body work done on my vehicle out of pocket (not an insurance based claim). I took my black Nissan Versa Note to Wren's Collision in 2025 for a quote on a damaged passenger door that I wanted to get repaired for years. It was damaged by a concrete pole while backing out of a parking garage and unable to open due to fender damage. In 2025, I made an appointment for review and Dana provided a detailed quote with paperwork with pricing. She also helped me that day by removing a stain from a white car that hit mine while it was parked at a shopping center, since I brought that up as well when inquiring about the body repair. I did not decide to proceed with the door repair then because the cost was higher than I expected and I was not ready to pay for it out of pocket. The customer service I received was great & I said I would return when ready to pay for the passenger door repair. In March 2026, after more research, comparing the cost to buy a newer car and a pressing need to have a functional door so the car could seat four people safely before my approaching due date, I called Wren's Collision to see if they had my 2025 quote on file and to verify if they could use it to complete the repair. They were able to locate it and confirm that the pricing would be the same or less (due to part costs decreasing). My car is 10 years old now, so finding the fender and door is not so hard. I decided to proceed and I worked with Dana throughout the process. First, I paid a deposit to cover the parts on Tuesday, 3/31. She provided an estimated timing of 3 business days for the parts to arrive & about a week total to complete the job. The parts arrived by Friday, 4/3 but they were damaged so they had to reorder them from a vendor. I appreciated the transparency, even though this set my preferred timing back by a few days, but the communication was on point. The new set of parts arrived by the EOD the following Wednesday & I dropped my car off Thursday morning, 4/8. The administrative staff was friendly. I filled out paperwork, and Dana and I looked at the car to make sure the current damage was noted properly before I turned over my keys. Dana let me know she requested prioritization of the repair with the mechanics due to my circumstance and said it would be done by the end of the next week. Once my keys were turned over, I received a text from a third party associated with Wren's that provided updates on the status of the car repair progress. This was refreshing. I opted to uber home, but they work closely with Enterprise which is right next door, should you need a rental. On Tuesday afternoon, 4/14 - I received a call confirming that my car was ready for pick up. I picked it up around 5:15 PM the same day. I was AMAZED when I saw my car. Not only did the passenger door look brand new again, but they took the time to vacuum the inside of it as well, so I felt like I was driving a new car home. I am thrilled. Body work is not cheap, but it sure does feel good to get it done right after many years of riding around with visible damage and an unusable passenger side. Thank you to Dana & the staff for giving me peace of mind as I drive my car. I recommend this shop based on my overall experience.

I just want to thank Jeff so much for going above and beyond in taking care of the issues I had with my car after previous repairs. He kept his word and went above and beyond for me I couldn’t thank him enough. So again thank you Jeff for the fantastic customer service. Will definitely be back
My experience with Wren's Body Shop was mixed. The collision repair work itself was acceptable. However, I experienced significant concerns regarding communication, delays, and an unresolved dispute involving windshield damage that occurred while my vehicle was in their possession for approximately 8 weeks. My vehicle was not completed by the promised dates, and communication was inconsistent throughout the process. Regarding the windshield issue, I believe there is damage that was not present in the intake photographs. Specifically, there appears to be a red impact point that was not documented at intake, and the cracking pattern appears to originate from a different impact area rather than solely from the pre-existing chip. There is also another apparent impact mark above the crack line that was not previously noticed and is not reflected in the intake photo documentation. My collision service advisor, Samantha Bailey, responded sarcastically by stating: “Ms. Mitchell would like us to pay for the windshield because the unrepaired rock chip in the windshield spread while the vehicle was here.” My concern is not that a pre-existing chip simply spread, but that there appears to be additional impact evidence not shown in the intake photos. I was also informed that Samantha Davis would advocate to the insurance company on my behalf; however, when I followed up with the insurance company, I was told they could not verify certain items as being covered. I also received multiple calls from Samantha recommending additional repairs not related to my insurance claim. The frequency and timing of these recommendations gave me the impression that the scope of repairs being suggested extended beyond accident-related damage. Patrice Davis (Area Manager) declined to answer questions regarding the windshield damage and indicated the matter would be escalated, including potential legal action due to the disputed balance. No resolution was offered. It will cost me over $1k to repair my windshield. That’s not fair being that my car was not sent to them in that condition. Jeff Synowiec (Shop Manager) was professional, responsive, and communicated clearly without sarcasm or hostility. Thank you for your assistance. Overall, while the repair work itself was acceptable, my primary concern remains the unresolved windshield damage that I believe was not present in the intake photographs, along with inconsistent communication during the dispute process.
Excellent work. Staff was friendly, informative and made the whole process easy. Plus the new bumper has a lifetime warranty!
I had my van fixed at Wrens. What an excellent job they did to my vehicle. My vehicle looks brand spanking new. Customer service and the adjuster Samantha are pleasant and very professional. I give this business a 💯 Thank you for your service from the entire staff. 👏
I wanted to take a moment to recognize the team at Wren’s for their outstanding support during two unexpected accidents I experienced in November 2025 and February 2026. Unfortunately, I missed the opportunity to complete the survey following my November visit, but it’s important to me to share my appreciation for the care and service I received during that time as well. In both instances, the representatives were incredibly supportive, communicative, and professional throughout the entire process. They made what could have been very stressful situations much easier to navigate. Most importantly, the quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations—after both visits, my car truly looked brand new. That level of consistency and attention to detail speaks volumes about the team’s commitment to excellence. Thank you again to everyone at Wren’s for your exceptional service and support. It does not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated.
Wren's Collision gave me an excellent experience during the time they had my vehicle. I would recommend Wren's to everyone. They were highly professional and knowledgeable about everything they were during for me and my vehicle. Great people. Thanks Wren's!!
Wren's Body Shop is a locally family-owned business that has been in Douglasville for decades. They now have several locations throughout our area. Anytime I've called upon them they have always exceeded expectations with getting my vehicles put back together like the accident never happened. They are the only body shop I recommend my friends and family to.
