I was traveling through Dothan and my vehicle started stalling ect. I was stranded on side of the rd for two hours called a tow company. I wasn’t sure where I needed to take my vehicle to see what was wrong , but I picked Techway and so thankful I did. My issue was with my alternator. The owner was wonderful, all employees was so kind and helpful. They definitely took care of me and I greatly appreciate them. My car up going in few hours for me to be able to travel safely home. Went to get my powering steering pump replaced, they got it done in 2 hours tops. Great timing, really nice people. You get what you pay for! I would definitely go to them again. & I’m So glad I chose this place, Thank you so much!

I've been going to Techway for my car repair needs since 2014, and for most of that time they were the best shop in town — quality work at reasonable prices, and a straight answer when you asked for one. Over the last 12–18 months, that's changed, specifically in the rapport at the sales desk. Heads up if you're price-shopping: you can no longer get a quote on something as routine as an oil change or brake pad replacement "unless they inspect the car first." I realize service writers get paid a percentage on repairs, but the mindset should be to help as many customers as possible with a great experience — earning off the volume of people coming through the door, not off how high you can ratchet up a single bill for a bigger cut. That volume-of-loyal-customers approach is exactly what built Techway's reputation, and I hope whoever runs the shop can steer it back there. Two stars because they were at one time best in class. Here's hoping they get back to those roots one day.

Went for a travel inspection before a planned trip. Advised me regarding items needing attention but after returning from trip. Very thorough and no charge for inspection and a detailed estimate of repair costs for future reference. Very satisfied with service.

We were driving from Florida to Minnesota. A hose from the radiator cracked and started leaking oil. The entire engine compartment had been sprayed. AAA set us up with a tow company and Techway. Both made what could have been a frustratingly expensive and disruptive problem good. Part of it was that we were fortunate enough to catch the problem and stop before the engine was wrecked. Techway got us in, made the needed repairs and got us on our way in a couple hours time. Given the type of problem, we expected a much more costly and time consuming repair. We made it the rest of the way from southern Alabama to Minnesota without any further trouble. My wife and I thank God for putting good people along our path.

The staff at Techway consistently demonstrates kindness and courtesy. They provide helpful reminders for oil changes, and it is also possible to schedule additional services should they be required. I trust them completely.

The guys @ Techway were great. Aaron kept me up to date on repairs and other things found upon inspection of my vehicle. Also had repairs done in one day. Will return if I need future repairs done.

I was driving across country, moving my whole household including 2 dogs and a cat. A/C wasn’t working properly midway through. Myself and the animals were all miserably hot once we hit Alabama. This location got me in same day, let me bring all my animals into the air conditioned waiting room and we’re kind and expedient. Thank you so much!
