Colorado Sightseer

The tour company and our guide, Will, were amazing from the vey beginning. I ran into a snazzy with Viator on our reservation, but Colorado Sightseer mediated the issue. Great customer service. The summer Rocky National Park tour was great from the minute we were picked up at Union Station to the drop off early enough to enjoy Denver nightlife. It started with a stop at The Stanley hotel and then different stops in the national park including the entrance sign, a hiking trail to a waterfall, the Alpine Ridge visitor center, and a lunch stop (included of preordered sandwiches, chips, cookie) near a quick hike to a lake as well.. The final stop was a 45 min stop at Estes Park for shopping, drinks, and snacks to take home. Highly recommend considering we also got to see more wildlife on this trip than when I did our Alaska trip.

I’ve done some road trips before, but I never really considered joining a guided tour like this. I tried this because I was honestly scared of driving on snowy roads and it turned out to be one of my best decisions guide Ben was amazing. He shared so much interesting information about Denver and Colorado that I never would ve known otherwise. Throughout the drive, he explained things at just the right moments, and everything he shared was informative. the scenic drive absolutely breathtaking. We were also hoping to see some wildlife, and luckily, we met animals a few times. Even though the tour time was technically already up on the way back, he made sure we have enough time to see and enjoy the wildlife, which I truly appreciated. I enjoyed this tour so much that I’ve already recommended it to friends who even live in Colorado. I can’t recommend this one enough. Thanks you!

The tour for the Red Rocks, Evergreen and Echo lake was amazing! Our tour guide Jorge, was wonderful, very kind and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about Colorado parks history. Jorge speaks Spanish too so it was very helpful and added a special connection. Very recommended!

The full-day tour of Rocky Mountain National Park far exceeded our expectations. Our guide Jorge was exceptional - his expertise as a park ranger and as a naturalist significantly enhanced our experience. The customer service was also exceptional.

I visited Denver this past weekend and went on both the half day red rock tour and full day rocky mountain. Ben was our guide both days. Both are awesome! Ben was a young guy, yet he was so knowledgeable, so patient with the group, and did great! Exceptional accomodations, beautiful scenery, wildlife, and just the best time. Don't hesitate to book, whatever skill level they have something. I emailed prior and they were so helpful and informative. This is a solid legit touring company! Will do this again!!!!

I took two consecutive trips with this company. Hans to Mt Blue Sky and Will to Rocky Mountain National Park. They both did an amazing job and were not only professional in their job but very personable and easy to get to know and travel. They told so many stories pertinent to the trips and they were open to taking us on more adventurous paths where we saw even more of what Colorado has to offer. They never rushed us and the provided sandwich lunch on the Rocky Mountain trip was delicious. In Idaho Springs I highly recommend the Elk stew in MTN Prime.

We started our 5 hour tour with Ben at the Union Station. We piled into the minibus and headed to Red Rocks- along the way Ben gave us historical insight into the geography and industrial growth. We had time to walk the steps and see the museum at the amphitheater and drove up further into the Rockies to see the rustic and darling town of Evergreen. Here we could enjoy lunch, a walk to the little dam, and/or shopping. Don’t miss peeking into the historical bar!! Then on the last leg up to visit echo lake park, we learned more about the animals and trees of the area. Echo lake was so peaceful and it was even lightly snowing….. magical. I highly recommend this tour. It was very enjoyable!!

I joined the Denver: Rocky Mountain National Park Tour with Picnic Lunch with Ben in July 2025. Ben was incredibly kind, calm, and attentive throughout the day. He has a quiet, reserved presence that makes you feel comfortable right away—never pushy, just genuinely thoughtful and easy to talk to. We experienced many breathtaking scenic views, spotted some wildlife, and enjoyed the majestic mountain landscapes that make Rocky Mountain National Park so special. However, the true highlight of the trip was the picnic lunch by a beautiful, peaceful lake. Sitting there with Ben and my fellow tour mate, surrounded by silence and nature, made the experience unforgettable. The sandwich was delicious, and the setting was simply perfect. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a well-organized, relaxing, and memorable day in the Rockies.
