Idk what these ppl are talking abt rude service. The service I got was great. My instructor Luke was amazing the best of them all. He made sure I didnt panic for my first skydive. Im so glad I got this experience 💪 Edit: Mb I forgot to add a photo 💔

I previously wrote a review a few weeks ago but chose to remove it out of respect for the new GM, who indicated he was working to make improvements. Unfortunately, after today’s experience, I feel compelled to provide updated feedback. Today in DeLand; on what was clearly the busiest and only pristine weather day of the weekend, the operation was running only one aircraft. As a result, load wait times were consistently pushing 1.5 hours or more. On peak days, that simply isn’t sustainable for fun jumpers or students. I want to be clear: the staff on the ground are excellent. Autumn, the packers, and the AFF instructors are professional, capable, and hardworking. This review is not a reflection on them. The issue appears to be general management and planning. When large training groups are present, loyal local fun jumpers take a back seat. Running a single aircraft on high-volume days leaves significant revenue unrealized and erodes customer confidence. Since the previous owner passed, this has felt less like an isolated issue and more like a systemic operational pattern, which is disappointing given the legacy that was built there. For those looking for a more consistent experience on busy weekends, Skydive City in Zephyrhills has been running multiple aircraft and appears to better balance students and fun jumpers. I hope ownership makes the necessary adjustments, as the core team and history of this drop zone deserve better.... not to mention the customers. This is not a post of anger, but comes from a person that ran part 135 air operation and knows aviation, flying hour costs, and throughput.

Good place to make a jump. The Perfect Spot restaurant is a bonus. Good food and cold beverages! I just stopped in to watch a couple loads.

My first and second jump with Lucas were spectacular! Scott did an awesome job with my video, despite some minor technical difficulties :) I felt safe the whole time, even while free-falling toward earth. The view was stunning and I got to sit back and enjoy the ride. Thanks for a great time!

Amazing experience to say the least! This has been my second time skydiving, and there is a reason that DeLand is skydiving capital of the world. Completed a tandem jump with a few of my friends and we all had a blast. Highly recommend!

This was my first time skydiving and I had an amazing experience!! The staff was friendly and helpful with getting me checked-in and all set for my jump. My instructor, Carlos, was so patient with me and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole experience. Darren was also great to meet and truly captured a memorable jump! If you’re looking for your first jump, this is a great place to come to! 👍

Just remembering. I went once and had an accident in the air.(Carolina). Still fun and off my bucket list. Then invited by a friend to do it again in Deland. They were Awesome! Bob Hallet, Pedro, Ron( videos) and Rob Crossman! Pine too! They are all amazing people! You can't go wrong here! Hello, Skydive Deland! I'm going to order a shirt, and when I lose a little more weight, lol.I will be there again ! Thanks for the memories!

Surrounded by professionals and goofballs at the same time. Love this place. Happen to swing in there during a competition. Got to have a few jumps with the C-Van and the Twin. Had the opportunity to meet the Army Golden Knights as well. Super fun day. Highly recommended if you're traveling through. Ticket was like 30 bucks to 14k Alt.
