Earl Brown Park

Great spot in the middle of DELAND FL. Plenty of open spaces for picnics, games and outdoor activities with the family or friends. They have such amenities as basketball court. Tennis court and pavilions for parties gatherings. And social events also next to the stadium where they play football in baseball. I'm lucky enough to have grown up here. And have enjoyed spending a lot of time here. Watching the many ducks swim around the fountains. In the pond as I walk around the paved walking path for exercise. A definite must see if you are spending time in DeLand possibly at a brand new HILTON Only six or seven blocks away. Be sure to go to a CAFE in the middle of LAKE HELEN, for an afternoon. Stroll around another of WEST VOLUSIA classic back in time spots with quaint Victorian Holmes and 1800s schoolhouse, converted into the City Hall. That is absolutely gorgeous to see the old architecture This part of VOLUSIA county is much different than the beaches and very laid back and relaxed. Relaxing area to workout, wagon or just sit and feed the ducks and water fowl. Has some workout stations along their pathways/walkways. It has a basketball court as well. Not sure what else since I didn't go around the whole park. Saw some turtles too. Nice and relaxing place.

Great park in the middle of DeLand, FL. There is a beautiful, wide walking/running path around a pond. There are all kinds of wildlife and trees for shade. Plenty of benches to rest when yo need it. There is a playground for kids and exercise areas. There are 6 actively used pickleball courts and several tennis courts. Worth a visit.

Beautiful, large park with a large pond and lots of walkways, outdoor gym equipment, a small skate park and tons of friendly birds! Great place for a walk or to sit and relax! Very clean and safe.

Very clean place, we use it yearly Journey Church in Orange City on E Graves. Church in the Park. Family and kid safe.

a huge park in the DeLand area- lots of walking space, two dog parks, a good-sized playground, a basketball court, a skate park, a large stage, great public bathrooms, a covered patio with picnic tables, and lots of benches to enjoy all the ducks and birds around the water. the park is also near the local baseball stadium and just outside of Downtown DeLand so it’s super convenient!

Esrl brown is great, they have a playground, benches to feed ducks or just sit and read, relax, a community center place you can rent for private events (great venue) also have a grill/smokehouse shack that you can cook a few cows on, skatepark, a few basketball courts, dog park, walking paths, tennis courts, I believe outdoor shuffleboard courts, a stage, several bathrooms. Also have events all year round i particularly like the fireworks on New years. I can see them From my front yard and its a awesome show. Go check it out

Beautiful park…. Hands down. You have everything as far as basketball courts to the dog park. And trails lead all around the park full of life!!! The people, the animals…. it’s the full nature vibe. There are public restrooms, and room for plenty recreational activities.
