During my short trip to Detroit, I had the opportunity to visit and offer prayers at the Islamic Center of America, one of the largest and most beautiful Shia mosques in the United States. The moment I entered, I was amazed by the peaceful atmosphere and elegant architecture. The mosque is exceptionally clean and well maintained, with stunning interior designs, spacious prayer halls, and a calm environment that brings a sense of spiritual comfort. The people there were very welcoming and respectful, and the recitation during prayer filled the entire mosque with tranquility. It truly felt like a place of unity, faith, and reflection. Visiting this mosque was one of the most memorable parts of my Detroit trip — a perfect reminder of peace and devotion.

I had the wonderful opportunity to visit the Islamic Center of America while traveling in Michigan. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, offering a guided walk around the center. Inside, there are multiple rooms filled with photos and educational displays about the history of Islam in the United States. Many of the exhibits share inspiring stories of individuals who have contributed to the growth and understanding of Islam throughout history and into the present day. The prayer hall is absolutely breathtaking, the floors, ceiling, and overall architecture reflect such beauty and serenity. I want to sincerely thank all the brothers and sisters for their warmth and generosity. May Allah swt bless each and every one of you, and may your community outreach continue to be impactful and successful. I highly recommend visiting this center to anyone interested in learning more about Islam and the Muslim community. It is a peaceful and educational place that both Muslims and non Muslims will find deeply meaningful.

This masjid is absolutely beautiful! I truly enjoyed my visit. It’s incredibly clean, well-organized, and peaceful. You enter through the side office entrance, and once inside, the breathtaking interior leaves a lasting impression. A truly serene and welcoming space!

One of the best looking Mosques in this part of the world. Peaceful and serene. Lady at the reception was friendly to guide us about the mosque, prayer area is huge and very clean, washrooms are super clean, big parking. Although this is a Shia Mosque, however they accept everyone, I prayed there and it was so special.

This beautiful Shia mosque is a masterpiece of architecture that instantly transports you to the heart of the Middle East. I traveled from Mississauga, Canada, to visit, pray, and immerse myself in its spiritual ambiance. The experience was truly uplifting. The mosque is spotless, serene, and radiates an undeniable spiritual power. I had the pleasure of meeting Brother Ali, originally from Iran, whose warmth and hospitality made the visit even more special. This mosque isn’t just a place of worship; it’s a haven of peace and divine connection. A visit here is a journey of the soul!
