Mike's Carwash

I went through Mikes Carwash because my someone I know had a great experience there. I had dirt on my car and after I had left the car wash and gotten out of my car, I noticed a paint chip that was not present before I went through, assuming it was the power washer that they used. I went back and filed a damage claim, and I just called the claims department and they stated that the damage was already present on my car. I’ve had this car for two weeks, brand new and it did not have a paint chip when I bought it. It didn’t have a paint chip before I went through the car wash but had a paint chip after Mikes Carwash. They are not claiming liability for the damage they caused. Not to mention, the back of my car was still dirty. I will not be back.

The actual was is good and I would rate it as a 4 star. But tje overall experience is nickle and dime you on everything. Vacuums are $2 for a couple minutes and no towels to wipe down like the other car washes. Every additional add on is a fee. So overall just an average wash experience.

Don’t go here they will damage your car. I took my car here to get a car wash, been there several times but this time when I got my washed it had gotten some damage on the hood of the car and sides as well. The paint of my car had gotten chipped off and when I went to go in and see the manager few mins later while wiping the access water off the car we noticed the damage the manager took photos and said they would take care of it. Took photos to send it in. But we got a reply from mikes car wash saying they won’t do anything about this and their machines are not at fault. Don’t want anyone else’s car to get damaged so save your money and go else where. They could care less and don’t care.

Thought to give them a try. The wash was good, nothing special. The machine actually caused my back wiper to lift up. That was a first. Thankfully it wasn’t broken. Stopped to dry off and realized the vacuums are not free. Same wash several places nearby with free vacuum. Unlikely I will return.

Terrible wash. $20 and this is what I ended up with when I got to the mall. Which is a one minute drive to. This is what it looked like when i got out to go in the mall. There was a hazy film all over. My tires had this black residue all over the rims as well. It was not at all what I expected. Disappointing bc my daughter went the same day in her truck and reported similar issues.

I brought in my Tesla in twice once doing the top selection and the next time the ultimate. Both times my car was not cleaned completely and then as it dried, you could see the product leaving white residue all over the car, I tried to wipe it off, and then it just shows the streaks. I will be trying somewhere else.

I have a Ford F250 which is difficult to get into some other local car washes. Not Mike's. The whole lot is extremely easy to navigate and they always get my truck clean. I definitely suggest at least investing in the wash books. If I drove more, I would do the unlimited monthly wash pass in a heartbeat.

Great car wash and easy on the wallet. And for the prices the services are quite good. My car always comes out sparkling
