This shopping area is great because you can walk outside and see a variety of interesting and unique areas to relax. Very picturesque plaza many stores and some have great deals.

Dania Pointe is such a great place to spend an afternoon or evening in South Florida. The open-air layout makes it really enjoyable to walk around, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and places to relax. You can easily spend a few hours here shopping, grabbing a bite to eat, or even catching a movie. The area feels modern, clean, and lively, and there are always new places opening. A perfect spot in Dania Beach for shopping, dining, and meeting up with friends!

Apparently, I parked in an electric vehicle (EV) parking spot designated for charging. I believe this spot is intentionally targeted, and the signage is inadequate, making it difficult to identify. As shown in my photo, the sign is mounted high between two trees, which reduces its visibility. There are no clear or easily visible signs or markings from a distance. To improve clarity and enforcement, the pavement should be properly marked with bright paint, and a larger, more visible sign should be posted at eye level to prevent confusion.

Unacceptable Behavior and Discriminatory Enforcement of Rules by Security Our blended family was visiting the area as guests at the beautiful Omni Hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Based on a friend's recommendation, we made a 9:00 PM reservation at Sirocco for dinner and bowling. Because it was a bit early, my husband and I split up from our four 17-year-old boys so they could do some shopping while I grabbed a cocktail at the restaurant. Around 8:30 PM, as the boys were walking over to meet us for dinner, I received an alarming phone call. The boys were being held up by Dania Pointe security, who were threatening to have the police detain them. Even though my son explained they were walking directly to meet their parents for a 9:00 PM reservation, security refused to let them proceed. They were told they had to leave the premises immediately because they were under 18. These are four young men—all 17 years old, holding bags from shopping they had just done on-site, and carrying valid out-of-state IDs. Security was actively attempting to trespass minors whose parents were currently dining at a restaurant on the property. To make matters worse, there was clear profiling involved. Two of the boys are teenagers of color, and the other two are not. Security only detained 2 of my sons who happen are Black. Our other two boys were simply told they needed to be accompanied by a parent, while my other sons were treated like criminals. I personally had to leave the restaurant to intervene just so security would let them go. Rules are rules, but they must apply to everyone equally. This experience left a horribly negative impression on our family. We immediately canceled our dinner reservation, left the property, and spent our evening (and money) at Bal Harbour Shops instead, where we had a much more pleasant and welcoming experience. Management needs to seriously address the profiling and power-tripping behavior of their security staff. To add insult to injury, as we waited for our car service we notice other teenagers roaming the property in groups with without issue. Very distasteful. I do plan on returning everything we purchased on the property at the conclusion of our vacation.

Modern/ Pretty place. Redevelopment of a run down area. Looks and feels very nice. Good for short walks, live music in the centre. Tons of eateries and drinking holes aka Bars. Good selection of high end brands and other shops including ice cream shops. Be prepared to pay higher touristy prices. Improve comedy on the WEnds and during the week. Spectacular nigh views. I love this place, a lot of choices to eat and have fun with the family, options too for the little ones.

Great fun to be had. Unique mini golf experience. Stay for the food it is delicious.
